POOl/SPA HEATING:
There is an optional daily charge of $150 for pool and spa heating. Spa only, is $50 per day. We encourage responsible use of this amenity of turning off the spa and jets after each use. If you need the pool heated upon your arrival, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance so we can have it ready to go when you arrive. Payment can be made via VRBO or another form of payment.

PET POLICY:
We are small dog friendly! We welcome pet guests 50lbs and under. Please let us know in advance if your furry friend will be accompanying you. A $150 pet deposit is required and if no additional pet cleaning is needed after check out, $100 is refunded and $50 goes towards your pet’s stay.

COACHELLA FEST/STAGECOACH:
We are located 25 miles to the Empire Polo Club (event venue). If you are in need of transportation to the events, there are several private transportation companies that pick up from this area. We are happy to provide the information so you can coordinate transportation.

EARLY CHECK IN/LATE CHECKOUT REQUESTS:
If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $50 and payment must be provided upon request. Late check-out requests are not easily attainable as our staff needs to properly sanitize and clean before the next guests arrival. In the event that we do not have a reservation following yours, we will gladly accommodate for a $50 fee and move our cleaning crew to a later schedule or help you extend for the day or night at a special rate.

HOUSE RULES:

**No parties or events are permitted at the property!**

**No smoking allowed in the house or on the property. Failure to comply will result in a $500 cleaning fee**

Per county regulations, moderate outdoor music is permitted with quiet hours beginning at 10pm through 7am. Quiet hours apply to outdoors and is strictly enforced. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Failure to comply with the county regulations may result in an extra fee and/or cancellation of your reservation without a refund.

CHECK OUT DUTIES:
When possible, please start a load of pool towels in the washing machine, put your trash in the trash area and start a load in the dishwasher. It is the request asked by our cleaning team and they appreciate it immensely. With the CDC guidelines, which we follow, they have a lot more duties to complete, this helps them to be timely for all guests. Thank you so much!
