Very bright and spacious (1626 sqft) sleeps 6 comfortably. Open concept great room with TV, sliding door leading to the pool, and adjacent to fully equipped kitchen which boasts stainless steel stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave and huge prep island with seating for 4 + dining table for 4.
The main bedroom has a Cal King bed and an en-suite bathroom, which includes a shower and expansive walk-in closet. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom; one has a King bed; other bedroom has a Queen bed and work/office space. We also have a Queen Air Mattress available for 2 extra guests. This home was built and decorated with attention to every detail.
Enjoy the pool and hot tub in the backyard or just sit outside and sip on a cup of coffee and appreciate the breathtaking views of the San Jacinto mountain range.

It can be very windy in the area, umbrellas MUST be closed when not in use or when windy. If umbrellas are broken due to wind damage, guests will be charged a replacement fee.
The pool can go dirty very quickly at times due to desert weather. We'll do our best to get the pool company out there as soon as possible.
The pool is not very deep and is not meant for diving. Please, watch your children closely in the pool, and swim at your own risk. Never let children unattended in the pool area.
Pool Heating and Spa:
*Pool heating can be hired for the whole stay: $350 for the first day then $100/day thereafter. Please inquire about extra fees if booking long (28+ night) stays;
*Pool heating when hired is limited to 78F;
*Pool does not need to be heated during the Summer months (June-August) it’s usually 80F+ naturally;
*Hosts will not be able to provide any refunds for occasional non-working pool heating that occur during your stay but we will do our best to have it solved in a timely manner.
*Spa/Jacuzzi when available, its heating is included and initiated on-demand by the guest onsite.

Loud Music, rambunctious parties, streets filled with cars parked in front of neighbors homes and driveways are prohibited by County Ordinance and will not be tolerated.
Renters are advised that the following rules will be strictly enforced:
NOISE: Riverside County Ordinance No. 847 regulating noise includes quiet hours between the hours of 10 PM and 7 AM. No amplified sound may be audible inside a residence.
PARKING: Renters and their guests should park in the rental garage, driveway or on the property. No street parking will be permitted.
TRASH: Trash and refuse shall not be stored within public view except in proper containers for collection.
Failure to comply with the above may result in citation, fines or expulsion from the rental property for the renter or their guests.
Refer to Riverside County Ordinance No. 927 for details regarding short term rental. Any fines, citations or penalties imposed against us for actions triggering a violation of the Riverside County Ordinances No.927 and No.847 will be deducted from the security deposit.

Should there be a conflict between the Vrbo Terms and Conditions, and those listed on the link above or herein, then the terms most favorable to us as the Host shall take effect.
No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible.
-Please respect check-in and checkout times.
-Primary renter must be over the age of 25.
-Host may request a photocopy of renter's ID for verification before check-in.
-This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.
-Maintenance schedule: we are unable to offer refunds or credits for inconveniences due to scheduling and maintenance done during your stay. We also request that our maintenance teams are not turned away if they should overlap your stay. Such instances can result in a $100 penalty as we will still incur a 'show up' charge, even if no work is performed.
-Absolutely no parties or loud music.
-NO animals or pets of any kind are permitted at the Property except (1) as specifically authorized in your reservation, or (2) bona fide service animals that we are required by law to allow. Emotional support animals are not permitted except as authorized pets. You agree that a prohibition on animals is not a guarantee that an animal has not been inside the Property or that the Property is free of animal or pet allergens. If pets were to be brought without our consent and knowledge, guests will have to pay twice the pet fee or will have their reservation cancelled immediately.
Every guest who books a VR in the Riverside County is required to receive the Good Neighbor Brochure and to execute a formal acknowledgement that he or she is legally responsible for all compliance by all guests of the short term rental to requirements of Ordinance No. 927. In addition to that, we need the name, address and copy of a valid government identification of responsible person.
As the person booking this property, you are the main point of contact and person responsible for ensuring your guests comply with the house rules and City rules. Please be advised that the County will fine renters without notice if they fail to comply with the local ordinance.
The main sources of violations are:
-An excessive and unaccounted number of guests onsite
-An excessive number of cars
-Loud outdoor music (and this includes playing music from inside the home so you can hear it outside)
-Trash left outside and on sight
We apologize for any inconvenience, however, the Riverside County is not treating this lightly and everyone has to obey and adapt to the scenario.

-Amenity limitations — House not connected to a gas line, overuse of home heating & pool heating will drain the propane tank quickly and it can take up to 3 days to refill it. -Pool is not heated during the Summer months. In other months pool can be heated at additional fee. The pool can go dirty very quickly due to wind.
-Must climb stairs — A few steps to get to the pool area
-Security camera/recording device — Our properties may have outdoor security cameras aimed on the exterior of the home, doorbell camera and/or an alarm system for the safety of the house and its occupants. Non-recording audio monitoring devices (NoiseAware) might be installed onsite to warn us of excessive noise and avoid complaints.
-Pool/hot tub without a gate or lock — Pool and hot tub have no fence or security for kids.
