The space
This spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom oasis is the perfect retreat for your vacation.

Inside, the entertainment options are endless. The spacious gameroom features a poker table, pool table, foosball table, and a selection of board games, ensuring there's never a dull moment during your stay.

The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, and the open layout allows for easy socializing with friends and family.

The sleeping arrangements are as follows:

Bedroom 1: 1 bunk bed
Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed + 1 bunk bed
Bedroom 3: 1 queen bed + 1 single bed
Bedroom 4: 1 queen bed + 1 single bed

We offer extra bedding and towels to accommodate larger groups. Rest assured, you'll have all the comforts of home during your stay. There is an additional $50/night fee for each guest after the 10th guest.

Conveniently located, our desert getaway is a short drive from local attractions and outdoor activities. Nearby grocery stores are only 5 min drive.

Other things to note
There are 3 security cameras in the property:1 located in the side yard pointing out to the side of the house, 1 located in the front yard pointing out to the front of the house and 1 doorbell camera facing the front of the main door. All of them are recording 24/7 for security purposes. There is also 1 noise monitor located in the backyard and is required by City of Desert Hot Springs. It is monitoring noise decibels but is not recording video or audio.

Please note that no outdoor music is allowed after 7 pm. No parties, live music, music amplifiers, loudspeakers, DJ or karaoke is allowed at any time during your stay both outside and inside of the house.

**Hot Tub and Pool Heating Fee**

There is an additional $150/day charge for pool heating*. You can request pool heating anytime - before or during your stay. Please note it takes at least 24 hours to heat the pool. If requested on time the pool will be heated to 88 degrees upon your arrival. We have 2 day min. requirement for pool heating.

Hot tub Heating (Set on a 3 hour timer and will turn off automatically):

*October- End of March - $50/day if pool heating is not requested. There is no min. day requirement
*April- End of September- $25/day if pool heating is not requested. There is no min. day requirement

Early check-in or late check-out is possible upon request for an extra $30/ per hour and is subject to our approval.

For property security reasons, there are surveillance cameras installed outside.

We have a strict NO SMOKING inside the house policy. $1000 fee will be applied for violation.

Please note, that you are strictly prohibited from touching or making any adjustments to the pool equipment. Any damage to the heater resulting from tampering will require replacement at your expense. Your compliance ensures the safety and efficient operation of our pool facilities.

Also note, that for safety reasons we ask our guests to send a copy of their Government-issued ID and sign our property’s rental agreement through VRBO before their check-in. Please let me know if you have any questions or need anything.
