Classy & coastal, this condo features 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The upstairs master has a 4-poster King bed and its own private balcony. The second bedroom, located on the first floor, is ideal for kids, teens or singles with a brand new twin over full bunk set. Elegant new leather sofas in the living room provide comfortable seating and one folds out into a Queen sleeper.

Shabby chic dining table seats 8 in vintage coastal style and extra counter dining with 2 bar stools is always appreciated. The color palette is cool and beachy with warm beiges and sea glass aquas.

The Destin Seafarer offers free WIFI, covered parking, elevator, luggage carts, outdoor grill, beachfront heated pool and hot tub and 280' of of the most beautiful beach in the world. Beach service is available but not included.

A Good Stay
A great time to get away. But the pool was not heated, so that was a bummer. The staff was very responsive to the refrigerator going out and had a new one there that day.

Family vacation
We absolutely love the location of this place . We rented one bedroom a couple years ago and came back! For teens you can watch from the balcony and for younger kids it’s a short walk to the bathroom or nap time ! October was a good time to visit . The water was a little too cold for our liking but it didn’t stop us from still swimming! I definitely recommend this place !

Very close proximity to the beach and the grocery store which was great. Loved that our bedroom was upstairs and the kids bedroom was downstairs. Washer dryer was clutch. Used the grills a couple nights to grill burgers and pork chops. The only thing negative was that there wasn't a drip coffee maker as advertised so we had to swap ground coffee for k cups which really wasn't that big a deal and the receptacles in the upstairs bathroom by the sink didn't work.

Beautiful little place. Cute decor. Quiet area. Close to attractions. Walk to The Back Porch restaurant. Private Beach, but close to other larger groups. Perfect views from both floors! Can’t wait to return!

Labor Day Getaway
The unit was very clean and decorate very well! The beach and ocean views are amazing from each balcony. The unit is convenient to parking, elevators, and stairs. The location is perfect! We had absolutely no issues which resulted in an amazing experience to the beach! I highly recommend this place and i look forward to returning in the future.

Beach front = Perfect!
We had a great time even though the weather was not so nice. The location of the condo is perfect. You are a close drive to everything, walking to a few places as well. Condo was very nice and clean. It was perfect for our family with a 14 and 11 year-old. It has beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys you can use as well. The pool and got tub were great too. We will definitely consider renting again if we come back to Destin.

Perfect Beach Condo
Don't judge a book by it's cover! Opening the front door was like walking into a dream! The condo was very clean and designed easy in the eyes. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen or for the beach, is already there! My daughters and I very much enjoyed our rooms and beds were very comfortable. The best part of course were the balconies looking over the beach and beach waters. Close to all the Destin must do's and restaurants. I would highly recommend and book again in the future!

Condo had a beautiful view!
The condo needs work done on it and needs a deep cleaning. The glass top stove looks terrible. The drip coffee pot needs replaced. The door on the dishwasher squeaks bad. No water comes into the washer. You can hear the water but not sure where it is going. The upstairs bathroom vanity the drawer is falling apart. The ceiling upstairs needs repaired. For the price you pay for the condo would expect to be a little nicer. Will say the upstairs bed was very comfortable and the balconies have beautiful views! Just needs some extra attention. Maybe the owner needs to come stay there and see for themselves. Other than that we had a nice time. Pinkie was great at communicating.

Beautiful place!
The place was exactly as described..a few hidden gems that weren't listed like a 3rd balcony! The beds were super comfy! Thankfully no one was under us except the parking garage because the kids loved the space to play on the cooler days we had. Was glad I didn't have to worry about disturbing someone under us. Was able to quickly contact owner when I had a question. Hopefully will get to stay here again! Even though it was November the weather was still beautiful and we got a couple good beach days..with swimming! Hope to come back when it's warmer!

My breath was taken away the minute I opened the front door and saw the ocean view. The condo is beautifully decorated and very relaxing. We walked on the beach daily and spent a lot of time watching the ocean from the deck. There are a few restaurants that are within walking distance.

Property location was good. The condo needs to have a good deep cleaning. Hairballs from previous people were on the floor when we arrived I did call management they said they would send someone the next day but they never arrived. They did credit us for the inconvenience. Blinds wouldn’t close in the master. We had a full size truck parking was very tight. Location on the beach and to other things were perfect.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was in a convenient location and was directly on the beach. We had a problem with the electrical outlets in the master bath but the owner took care of it. The master suite in upstairs so if stairs are a problem, you may not want this unit. All furnishings we're very comfortable.

Great stay for families!
This is a great stay for families! Wonderful view, very close to the beach, and more than enough space for everyone. Our family had a great vacation here, the weather turned out great for this time of year, groceries, shopping, and activities are also close by. We loved how close and convenient our access to the beach is at this condo - unlike surrounding high-rise units. We have two young daughters and they loved the condo and have already asked to come back. We couldn't have asked for a better location or place to stay for our first trip to Destin!
