Tämä tilava ja hyvin varusteltu Persianlahden rintaman huoneisto on uskomattomimmat panoraamanäkymät Persianlahdelle, mistä tahansa löydätte, mukaan lukien ympäröivät näkymät Destinin satamaan ja kaikki niiden välillä. Täydellisesti Holiday Islen loppukulmassa sijaitsevalta majoitukselta saat henkeäsalpaavat näkymät kaikkeen satamaan, East Pass -siltaan ja uskomattomiin auringonlaskuihin ympäri vuoden.

Vacation stay

Nice location with both beach and harbor views. It will be nice once construction is done at the park Nextdoor. Two things that somewhat did not meet expectations were the pool and hot tub were not usable during our stay. Also the noise from the bar and restaurants across the harbor was very loud some nights until early morning hours.

Very Comfortable & Nice View of Harborwalk

We have stayed in East Pass Towers before but never this unit. We were pleased with how the unit was supplied. Had everything we needed. We were thrilled that we were able to log into our Netflix account on Christmas so we could watch the Kansas City Chiefs win. :) The master bed was very comfortable. I'm sure the guest bed was as well but it was just me and my husband so no-one slept in there. Very comfortable patio furniture. Nice view of the Harbor, Harborwalk and East Pass Bridge. I used the fitness center several times and it had everything I needed. We had planned to use the hot tub but with our plans we never got around to it but having stayed there in the past I can tell you the hot tub and pool is very nice.

Dirty! Unpleasant view/sound

I have had many trips this condo on the surface looked clean. However, when I walked, my feet were black whether it was in the condo or on the absolutely filthy patio. They are building right next-door, docs and another condo unit. Your entrance to that side is no longer available unless you go by boat you hear all of the construction all day long, the chairs had something sticky on them at the barstool and you had to peel your clothes off when you sat down the furniture is absolutely uncomfortable if you are 6 foot tall or over 200 pounds the two wicker chairs have zero support and the only thing that was halfway decent was the sofa Never again

We love east pass towers

The only complaint that we had is the schedule for the ac unit! 72 is hot for us and the schedule that was in place allowed it to get up to 76 at times. So when we would come in from the beach it was not comfortable. But everything was clean and great location. Also might put some salt and pepper in the condo just because most people dont think to buy that.

Hi!! Just got back from our stay Monday -Thursday It’s July 14th 2023 The condo was wonderful, we were lead to believe by the pictures, that we had private beach behind us and the pool was like an infinity pool, pictures were very deceiving. There was construction going on right outside our room on the beach, there building a new dock , the private beach was roped off and the hot tub was under construction. The pool was very small and dirty , we never used. I have a 1 year old granddaughter and was really excited about pool and proximity of beach for my daughter and son in law. We ended up having to walk around the fence the city had up, to the little wade pools. I wouldn’t stay in this unit personally again for the purpose of family vacation. If you are looking for music all night long and really don’t care about beach but more marina life, Totally your speed. I have to say the ladies that handled my stay went above and beyond!! My husband turned 50 and my granddaughter turned 1 the day before , so this was going to be a huge deal. So the ladies Makayla and Amanda placed balloons and made a birthday cake it was so thoughtful and wonderful!!!! They were so prompt to answer my emails!! I want to say again the Condo was really nice, I’m sure other elevator will be fixed soon and the gate to the beach should be fixed soon So with all that being said don’t trust pictures read reviews and ask the manager of property about anything before you go anywhere. Lesson learned

Nice place too bad for the construction

This was a nice place. The porch was the highlight, nice view. Just a few items on the negative side. There was construction next to the building which did disturb the view and the peace and quiet. This is of course not the fault of the property, however they built a fence around the area which forced everyone to start in the parking lot and walk a long distance in the sand to access the beach. There was a gate that shortened the walk to a more reasonable distance but there was a lock on it. So we ended up either at the pool or a drive to the beach. There also was the bare minimum of supplies provided, not enough dishwasher pods and not even one coffee filter, no salt and pepper, no cooking oil. it was not in our budget to go to the store and spend a bunch of money to buy supplies. The dryer did not work which they only told us about the morning of our arrival, they offered to pick up anything we needed wash and return it the next day but at the beach without a dryer or close line that is not very practical and negatively impacted our stay. Also, I specifically asked if there were beach chairs and they said there were 4 but in reality there were only 2. The pool was nice but cold, and the hot tub was not working. Probably would not stay here again.

Should have been better for the price.

It's the little foxes that spoil the vine, but I made the best of it. Hard to enjoy the stay when your view is Construction activity going on right outside the balcony for which we were unable to use. No clear instructions on where to park, how to use the codes for the elevator, and door entry pryor to arrival. Had to call management for assitance and I appreciate Ms. Makela's help. For a non smoking property, I immediately smell smoke upon entry. Once we settled in, we noticed some minor maintenance issues like slow drain in the bathroom sinks, light fixture not working, hole in the bathroom ceiling covered with plastic and painter's tape (I was told about this issue on the day of arrival). I appreciate them letting me know, these issues would be taken care of after we leave, but for the cost of this beach get-away, this is unacceptable. It's not my desire to give a negative review, just wanted to shared me and my sister experienced.

Overall everything was as it shows. Few changes in furniture to same quality. Had slight issue with door code but it was resolved within a few min. No direct acess to ocean. Have beach but no acess to water. Lastly there was construction right on the beach to the side dire tly out from patio that was quite loud all day. Hot tub was broken in "renter pool", and could not acess "owners pool" where there was a working one. Was a little disappointing. We made the most of what we had, and found ways to the other beach with acess to water if you want to walk. Everything worked out and we still had fun.

Great Condo

Overall i was satisfied with the condo. We did have some bumps in the road with some things however they were responsive to us when reaching out to property management. The condo was clean, well stocked with normal dishes. Depending on the length of your stay you may need trash bags, toilet paper, and papertowels. Needing those items seem to be normal in our experience with longer stays so this also was not an issue for us as we were prepared. The dryer was down during our stay which was a bit of a pain as it was a main necessity we looked for. They did offer to dry our laundry for us but we chose not to do this as most of the time we needed to wash at night to have in the morning. We would absolutely rent this condo again if visiting FL again.

It was good. We also didn’t get good weather 🙁. We still had fun. There is a private beach, but doesn’t go straight down to the water. They put up a sea wall. Beaches are very close by though. Overall good 🙂

Location Location. Location

This condo is as described - location makes this condo. Balcony is large and has a great view! Unit could use some updating and the overall experience could be improved by providing guests with a few staples to get started. I would have appreciated at least one roll of toilet paper in the unit to get started instead of being provided with a couple packs of coffee! Although acceptable, the cleanliness of the unit could be improved. You will hear the music from the bars at Harborwalk at night.
