This beach home is truly a unique show-place only half a block off the sugar white beaches of Destin. This home features 2 stories, a carriage house and over 3,500 square feet of exceptional living space and a spacious privatized 6ft fenced in backyard with a heated pool covered seating and fire pit! Enough parking for 7 cars which is not an easy find when it comes to beach-side living!

You're only a block from several dining options and just a few blocks walk from Destin Commons, Bowling, Nightlife, Shopping, Movies and more! Enjoy pristine sand bars, perfectly manicured sand. Enjoy use of the brand new 6 seater LSV Golf Cart by request and take your family around to the beaches, restaurants, shopping and attractions all within a 1 mile radius!

Aquamare features 6 king suites and a bunk room. Relax in one of two living rooms with fully equipped kitchens, ice makers and fridge's throughout. • Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.

Bikes/Cycling or taking public transportation are alternate options. While you may be traveling by your/rental vehicle, if you need additional transportation or nearest airport information, we have you covered!

Other Things to Note:
Please pay close attention to following the house rules. Non compliance could result in sizable fines.
- All guests staying at an 850 Vacation Rentals by Portoro (Portoro Homes) are required to sign (esignature) a rental agreement and complete identity registration.
- Age restrictions apply. Reservation holder must be 25 years of age.
- All guests must be included on the guest list and not exceed the maximum number stated on the listing.
- Upon arrival, we aim to ensure your safety, proper access to the home, and guest features. Should you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to 850 Vacation Rentals by Portoro directly.
- Known damages incurred during your stay must be reported to the property manager immediately.
- Before check in, we will send you detailed directions to ensure a seamless arrival.
- Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
- We cannot guarantee early check ins or late checkouts. When it is possible to check in early or check out late, there will be a fee for anything outside of a one hour window within our standard times. If your need for an early check in or late check out is great, your best option is to book an additional night.
- Some home have cameras for external monitoring only.
- In the State of Florida and in Walton, Okaloosa, and Bay Counties, all hotel and vacation rental hosts are required to collect hotel tax. We collect these taxes within the booking transaction.
- There is no guard around the pool. - Use at your own risk.
- This is a No Pets property. A daily rate fee of $150.00 will apply for violations and you may be asked to vacate the premises with no refund at the discretion of the Host.
- This is a No Smoking property. Penalty fees for violations will apply and you may be asked to vacate the premises with no refund at the discretion of the Host.

- Golf Cart Guidelines and Fee
You may request to reserve a Golf Cart for your reservation prior to your reservation check-in date. A nightly fee of $90.00/night will apply and be added to your reservation. You agree to sign a waiver regarding the use and liability of your reserved Golf Cart which will be issued to you by esignature document prior to the processing of the applicable fee. The reservation of a Golf Cart is for the extent of your reservation dates, and cannot be booked for individual nights.

- Pool Heat Guidelines and Fee
If the Property includes an on-site pool that offers optional heating, you may request that the pool be heated for the duration of your reservation dates at an additional nightly fee of $50.00.

- Events/Weddings and Parties -- Guidelines and Fee
850 Vacation Rentals by Portoro properties may not be used for any unauthorized and unregistered events, weddings, and/or parties. A gathering may be defined as a party herein if (a) the number of guests on the property exceeds the maximum allowed guest count, (b) the noise level rises beyond what is reasonably dependent on the neighborhood and time of day, if specific Property noise information is not provided then quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am, (c) there is a violation of local regulations or HOA bylaws, or (d) the actions of Guests are disruptive to neighbors. You must request a pre-approval event agreement from 850 Vacation Rentals by Portoro upon booking should you wish to host a large gathering, wedding or event on the property. An event fee of $500.00 - $1,500.00 at the discretion of 850 Vacation Rentals by Portoro. You are responsible for any and all required permits, licenses, insurances, and other event requirements from HOAS or local governments should an event be approved by 850 Vacation Rentals by Portoro. Non-compliance of these rules and regulations may result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made.
