As you step through the well-lit entryway, you'll be welcomed by a vibrant blend of bright and bold accents within a spacious open floor plan. The generously appointed kitchen features top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances and a large center island with an inlaid basin sink, ideal for preparing gourmet meals. Gather for a family movie night on the high wall-mounted flat screen TV, while enjoying the tranquil view of the pool through the large windows in the den. Crisp gold, white, and grey accents add a touch of serenity. The oversized dining room table seats 8 guests, with an additional 3 barstools at the island for extra seating.
The first floor offers spacious and inviting sleeping arrangements. The Master King Suite boasts an oversized private bathroom with a large soaking tub, dual vanities, and a generous walk-in shower. Adjacent to the bedroom, a massive walk-in closet with custom shelving and racks provides ample storage space. Additionally, a convenient half bathroom is located in the living area, completing this level.
Upstairs on the second level, you'll find two additional King Suites with a shared Jack & Jill bath, a custom bunk room, and a media area. The media area is a fun hangout spot for the kids, featuring a Pacman game table, a TV, and elegant swiveling chairs.

Just a short 5 minute golf cart ride or car ride to the public beach access located at the local restaurant The Crab Trap. You are just minutes away from 2 large outdoor shopping complex's, Movie theater, outdoor entertainment, live music, restaurants and more!
Additional Amenities:
Seasonal Beach Chair Service: Our complimentary seasonal beach service is offered from March 1st- Oct 31st. This includes 2 chairs and 1 umbrella set up at the Crab Trap by LDV.
VayKGear (Beach Equipment): You will receive up to $245 credit (based on length of stay) toward complimentary beach gear when you book this Beach Reunion home! Browse and select available gear to include paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, umbrellas and beach lounge chairs. All gear will be delivered upon arrival and picked up upon departure. Maximize your vacation time by setting up your rental equipment needs before you even leave the house!
Golf Cart: You are able to rent the brand new private golf cart for $100 per day.
Pool Heat: We offer pool from October 1st - May 1st. The private pool can be headed for an additional $75 per day/$525 per week (Pool heat must be purchased for the entire length of stay)
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
This home only rents Saturday to Saturday during Spring Break and Summer months.
No College/Student groups allowed. All renters must be 25 and older with the exception of children in families.*
PARKING: Space for 2 Vehicles in the driveway, 1 additional vehicle in the garage. No RV's, Boats, Trailers, Campers permitted. No Street/Grass Parking per HOA.
