Crystal Villas sijaitsee rauhallisessa länsipäässä kauniilla Crystal Beachillä. Hotelli tarjoaa viehättävän tunteen pienellä kompleksilla. Kaikki kodin mukavuudet tosi rannalla tapahtuvalle lomallesi.
Tämä kutsuva toisen kerroksen yksikkö, josta on upeat näkymät, on aivan tarpeeksi kaukana ensimmäisen kerroksen keskipisteestä. Ole ensimmäinen, joka havaitsi delfiinin aamulla uimalla rauhallisesti. Nauti upeista näkymistä auringonlaskuun ylimitoitetulta parvekkeelta. Kuvittele vain kahvia aamulla kuuntelemassa rauhallista surffata. Tai istuen, rentoutua ja siemailla suosikki juomaasi illalla katsomassa auringonlaskua.

Tahraton huoneisto suunnittelija koskettaa sisälle ja ulos.

King-size-vuode, uusi queen-size-vuodesohva ylimitoitetussa suuressa huoneessa ja uudet kerrossängyt, jotka on kiinnitetty käytävän alkoviin, muodostavat kaikki loistavan lomatilan, joka mahtuu jopa 5 mukavasti.

Keittiössä on kaikki ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet: liesi, uuni, mikroaaltouuni, täysikokoinen jääkaappi / pakastin, Keurig ja astianpesukone. Kaikki tarvitsemasi kattilat, pannut ja astiat. Huoneistossa on 1. 5 kylpyhuonetta, pesutupa, jossa uusi kylpyamme ja suihku, täysikokoinen pesukone ja kuivausrumpu.

Tutustu rannalle tai asettuudu katsomaan elokuvaa. Makuuhuoneessa on 32-tuumainen LCD-HD-taulutelevisio.

Sijaitsee itään Henderson Beachin osavaltion puistosta ja kävelyetäisyydellä ravintoloista ja upeista ostosmahdollisuuksista. Lyhyen ajomatkan päässä Destin Commonsista, golfkentistä, vesipuistoista, elokuvateatterikompleksista ja yhdestä suurimmista Outlet-ostoskeskuksista.

Tavallinen maksu / peruutusehdot: 25% erääntyy varauksesta. Koko vuokra maksetaan 30 päivää ennen saapumista. Matkustajat, jotka peruuttavat 60 päivää ennen sisäänkirjautumista, saavat takaisin 100% maksamastaan summasta. Jos asiakas peruuttaa kyseisen ajankohdan jälkeen, he eivät saa hyvitystä.

Henkilökohtaisten sekkien tai luottokorttien hyväksyminen. Luottokortilta peritään 3% lisämaksu. Tämä otetaan talletuksestasi palautuksen yhteydessä.

Hinnat eivät sisällä 90 dollaria siivousmaksu, 11. 5% Floridan verot, ja palauteta vahinkoja talletus. Talletus palautetaan palautuksen jälkeen, kun olet lähtenyt ja yksikkö on tarkastettu eikä siinä ole havaittu vaurioita.

Crystal Beach Getaway
Condo was lovely with all the amenities we needed. The property owners were very welcoming and responsive to any inquiries we had. Location is close to restaurants and shopping. We spent a great deal of time on the balcony catching sunrises, sunsets and dolphin watching. We thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to Destin!!

We stayed to celebrate my 50th birthday and to truly have a relaxing vacation enjoying sun and beach. Claudia was amazing to talk and work with. She replied almost immediately to any questions I had. Theresa, property manager was an absolute gem! She was immediately available when we needed her or had questions!! The condo itself was exactly as the pictures and description said. Being beachside was exactly what I wanted and had easy to access the beach. We had chairs and an umbrella and Kristina, cabana girl, was just as helpful and easy to chat with as well! The stay was perfect. I will definitely be booking here again and hopefully can grab Claudia and Evans condo Again as well!

Beautiful place
We loved our stay at this condo! It was clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed! The owner was responsive and friendly! Unit was spacious and had plenty of seating for my family of 5! We loved the large balcony with nice patio furniture and being on the end allowed for endless views! We loved the short walk to the beach from the condo and enjoyed walking to the state park daily! This was our first time staying at this complex and I was a bit worried about the the proximity to public beach access given that we were going in July. The beach wasn’t crowded at all and the space in front of the condo was only allowed to be used by guest. We never had an issue and got an end umbrella/chair set everyday on the opposite side of the more crowded area. The proximity to the grocery store and shopping was a huge plus too! Never had to sit in traffic! Would definitely recommend this unit and would happily stay here again!

Repeat Stay!
We love Crystal Villas for its size, convenience, views. This particular unit is our very favorite though. This was our second time here, and we hope to have a third! This unit is clean, attractive, and very well appointed. All that we need is there, and there’s just the right amount of decor - it’s not overly cluttered. Also - the internet works better in this unit than in any others we’ve ever stayed in. You may not need it if you’re trying to disconnect, but it’s nice to have if you do!!

Beautiful condo on Crystal Beach
The owners have done everything to make this feel like home. The property is updated, clean and beautifully decorated. The king bed is very comfortable. The property is steps away from a private beach. This is our third time visiting Crystal Beach. We have stayed at other places and this has been our best experience! We will return! Best place to stay in Destin!
Gorgeous condo in the Crystal Beach area of Destin. Ideal for our family of 5 and right on the ocean (2 minute walk from door to the water!!). Perfect location - you can het to Publix and tons of shops without having to drive down busy 98 hwy. Close to awesome restaurants (recommended Beach Walk Cafe and Camilles) The condo itself is stocked with every item imaginable making it easy to cook (recommend fresh seafood from The Sea Market!). Even had lots of charging stations and streaming options for the kids. We needed a few odds and ends which were promptly provided by management. We already have plans to return next summer!

Great vacation!
First off the condo was excellent. Very clean and had everything we needed. Claudia has made sure to provide everything that is needed. If you have a question about something, there’s helpful information written down or Claudia responds to a text/email right away. There was only one downside to the entire trip. Others have mentioned it in their reviews but the upstairs neighbors were hardly ever quiet. I’m not sure how it’s possible, but it sounded like they were sliding furniture across the floor for hours on end. I understand a barstool may be moved at times, but this was non stop. I’m not sure if it was the owners or renters that stayed there, but it definitely creates an issue for those staying at Claudia’s condo, which is unfortunate for her because her place is amazing. I’m just not sure we would stay in the exact same condo next time with the fear of the noise the upstairs neighbors may cause.

Amazing view and easy access to beach. Condo updated and nicely decorated. Appreciated the well equipped kitchen. Usually stay further down the beach where it is much busier. A welcomed break at this quieter location. Will be back again!

YOU SHOULD RENT THIS ONE
Considering every category this is the best condo we have stayed at. We travel to the beach twice ea year and stay at various places. This was our first time at this location but I would surely return if available. The owner was very nice and also available and Theresa, the property manager, was the most caring and responsive I have ever run into. Everything is updated and it was bright and nicely decorated, It was very clean and the bed was great plus the really unique thing is that the owners obviously spend a good bit o time there themselves bc it is set up like you might expect if you were staying at a friends house. They left spices, salt and pepper etc and a lot of things you usually have to buy and throw away. There r really no negatives at all. You should rent this one.

Great location right on the beach.
Everything was nice. Great washer and dryer, roomy unit. I should have told you sooner, but the floor was not clean. Everything else appeared clean. The kitchen was well stocked. The view from the balcony was wonderful.

A relaxing and beautiful place!
This is our second stay at Crystal Villas Unit 8A. From the moment you walk into this unit, you are surrounded with the relaxing sounds of “easy music” playing, the lights are on and it feels welcoming. The unit is spotless and has the comforts of home- soft sheets, plenty of towels, nightlights, a high-top computer table for your laptop and a charging station. The beautiful kitchen has everything you could ever need and it is all of high quality. The beachy decor is updated and the furniture and mattress are newer and very comfortable. Of course, you can’t beat the view of the ocean from the deck which is well furnished with comfortable chairs/table for eating and just hanging out and watching the activity on the beach. We love it here and find it very relaxing and comfortable. Thanks Evan and Claudia for sharing your wonderful condo! We hope to come stay again!
