*PLEASE NOTE: SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing an extensive property modernization project beginning September 9th, 2024. Construction will occur from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, including weekends if required. Guest will most likely experience construction noise during these times and other inconveniences. SunDestin Unit 1514 is a vibrant one bedroom, one and one half bathroom condo accommodating up to four. Cool off midst shades of sorbet in the open-concept living/dining unit with plenty of room for all! Cozy up on the couch or cushy side chairs and enjoy a movie on the flat-screen TV. You’ll find the abundance of counter space in the fully-appointed kitchen makes meal prep quick and easy. Enjoy meals at the dining table with seating for four or on the balcony, directly overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Settle in for the night on the sleeper sofa in the living room or in the private master suite, which houses a king-sized bed, flat screen television, and en suite bathroom for added convenience. You’ll find the miles of pristine coastline and waterways in Destin lend themselves to endless days of snorkeling, paddle boarding, and kayaking. Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their  stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.
