Our 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is a short walk to our private gated beach access. As you enter our home, you walk up to our quaint screened in front porch that guests can enjoy relaxing on rocking chairs for a true "southern" front porch feel! Guests can enter our home conveniently with a keyless entry keypad, so no need to fumble with keys.

You'll enter directly into our living room with comfortable seating for everyone on the couches or two occasional chairs. We have large smartTv with standard cable, as well as the ability to login to your own streaming services. We also have a selection of board games for great family nights in!

Our dining area & kitchen are open concept right off the living area, and even includes a small coffee bar equipped with a standard coffee pot & Keurig. Our kitchen comes stocked with full stainless appliances, dishes, pots & pans, silverware, small appliances (toaster, blender, crockpot and more)-just bring your groceries, spices, oils along!

TINY TRAVELERS:
We supply a pack & play, high chair, plastic dishes & silverware, and baby gate so families can pack a little lighter!

Directly off the kitchen is our laundry room with a full size stackable washer & dryer & a second entry with a keypad for convenience. We have a full bathroom located next to the kitchen as well, with a walk in shower. The first bedroom is located on this floor, complete with two sets of twin sized bunk beds & a SmartTv.

Upstairs, to the left is our second bedroom. This room has a King sized bed, SmartTv, attached bathroom with a shower & tub combo, and a small private balcony to enjoy!

Our final bedroom is extremely spacious with a King sized bed, full sized bunk bed, a comfy couch, SmartTv, and a foosball table! A walk in closet, and a full bathroom with a shower & tub combo complete this space.

Our fully fenced in backyard offers a Weber propane grill, outdoor shower, outdoor seating, firepit, and a large (optionally heated) pool! We ask that if your group desires to have the pool heated, to please inquire when booking for rates!

Guest Access:
---OTHER THINGS TO NOTE---
-The driveway can accommodate up to 3 vehicles, and the golf cart if rented.
-We recommend bringing additional supplies for your trip, as only a small amount of complimentary "hotel/travel size" items are provided, typically enough to get you through your first day (depending on your group size & length of stay). Items recommended to bring are: toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, shampoo/conditioner, shower gel, soap, specific spices, oils, plastic wrap/foil, sunscreen, aloe, and any other items that you can't live without.
-Beach Towels are provided, but no other beach items are stocked or guaranteed.
-Please read our house rules in detail before booking. We take time to put important information here that we need each guest to take into consideration when booking our home. While not all items listed may apply to your stay, we host guests of various group compositions so must list all rules that could apply to a trip. Thank you for your understanding!
-Please plan your trip accordingly as we are located in Central Standard Time with a check in of 4pm and a checkout of 9am the day of your departure. We do not permit early check-ins, or late check-outs unless previously discussed in advance as it is not always possible to accommodate them.
-Spring break/student groups (Any group under 25 years old) are permitted with PRIOR permission. A $100 cash deposit is required & our student rules signed at agreed at check in. Inquire for questions.
-Parties and events are not permitted.
-We are pet friendly with a one time $200 fee (this includes emotional support animals). Only ADA recognized service animals are exempt from this and we must be notified prior to your arrival. Any impersonation of a service animal (i.e. emotional support animals or pets) is a crime in the state of Florida and will not be tolerated at any time.
-Golf Cart Rentals & Pool heating are not included in your stay. Inquire for pricing for your trip!

The Neighborhood:
This beautiful beach house is a short block from gated beach access that you're provided a code for your stay to access! Please keep in mind that due to HOA rules canopies & tents are NOT permitted to be used in this beach area.

Getting Around:
We're happy to offer our guests golf cart rentals at a deeply discounted rate from a local, reputable company--you won't find this deal anywhere else! Please let us know upon booking so that we may provide rates & availability as both vary seasonally. Unfortunately, Golf cart rentals are not permitted with student parties under 25 (insurance reasons) and no exceptions can be made.

We are LOCAL & always available for our guests anytime before and during your trip. It is highly encouraged to read our listing in detail for any questions about the space, location, and amenities. We ask, please, for NO text message communication as you will not receive a response.
