Once your trash cans are full, please use the large bins at the building entrance.
Damage to property or common areas: Pro-rated charges will apply based on the extent of the damage.
Toilet Use:
Please do not dispose of trash or paper towels in the toilet to avoid clogging. Use the provided trash cans.
Check-Out Instructions:
Turn off all lights, the A/C unit, water, and gas/stove.
Lock the door securely behind you.
Guest Policy:
The total number of guests listed on your reservation applies to all individuals accessing the space, including non-overnight visitors.
Exceeding the guest count without prior approval may result in additional charges or immediate cancellation of your booking without a refund.
Acknowledgment:
By booking this space, you agree to abide by these rules. Penalties for violations will be automatically deducted from your security deposit and/or booking account.
