Door lock was broken. Tv didn’t work. Just wanted a place for the night so I could travel the next day. I was going to look past the other things but the roach that ran crossed my girlfriends face while we were laying down crossed the line !

The staff was great. The property was in a very unsafe area and I didn't feel safe going out, especially at night. The hallways had cobwebs and were very hot. The room was extremely old and outdated, although large. The bed was comfortable, although there were limited outlets and the ones they had were literally falling off the wall. The room was not cleaned each day, although the staff was willing to provide us with extra towels when asked.

More like a Motel 6 than a Wyndham. Property is poorly maintained. Bathroom fixtures were falling apart. The free Breakfast is terrible - a few pastries and that’s it

Uneven flooring in the restroom and I see one bug in the morning time in the bathroom as well other than that the stay was successful. We weren't in the room for majority of the trip but needed of course for sleep and relaxing in between events.
