Our gorgeous, chic and perfectly-located four-bedroom home sits less than a 3-minute (yes, really!) walk from downtown Plymouth! Sip your morning coffee or enjoy an evening glass of wine in our secluded backyard, warm up by our fireplace, or enjoy cooking with friends and family in our expansive entertaining living & dining room and outdoor grill and dining area. Plus, we have a pack and play and high chair available for your convenience. Nestled on a beautiful, quiet street and not only a stone's throw to downtown, but also a quick drive to Ann Arbor, Brighton, Novi, and Northville, this is the perfect spot for any gathering or getaway!

The front door to our 2 story home is located up just a few steps. The ground level has a half bath along with the kitchen and living room. The second floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom located on the second floor has its own en suite bathroom. The other two guest bedrooms on the second floor have a shared Jack and Jill bathroom. The finished basement has one bedroom with a small living room, a bathroom, and a ping pong table.

99% of guests are visiting family, friends, on a work trip, or just exploring town. For anyone who intends to have a party, disturb the neighborhood, or in any other way violate our house rules, we want to make clear that:

We have a zero-tolerance policy for this. We have noise sensors that alert us if decibel levels pass a certain threshold, and we have unfortunately had to ask guests to leave for violating this rule. Being a good neighbor of the city and the block we are on is very important to us.

We have sensors to detect indoor smoking (nicotine and marijuana) and have an automatic $750 fine for violations, and have also has to ask guests to leave early for violating this rule.

We have a garage that fits 2 cars, with room for 2 additional cars in our driveway (tandem - it blocks the garage). We are located on a quiet street which also allows street parking so if you need additional parking, there's plenty!

Electric Vehicles: Our garage is equipped with a ChargePoint Level 2 Garage Charger, which works with almost all electric vehicles including Chevrolet Volt and Bolt EV, Hyundai Kona and Ioniq, Kia NIRO, Nissan LEAF, Toyota Prius Prime, BMW i3, Honda Clarity, Chrysler Pacifica, and Jaguar I-PACE. Note for Tesla owners: if you own a Tesla, you will have to bring your adapter.

The house is fully accessible via a YALE smart lock at the front door and on the door from the garage to the house. To access the house, enter the code we provide in your reservation check-in instructions, and press the CHECK to unlock.

When leaving, enter that same code followed by the CHECK mark and the deadbolt will close. The locks will also auto-lock after one minute if you forget to lock.

Extra Sleeping Arrangements

Pullout Couch: Underneath the horizontal seat you will find two fabric handles. Pull them out from under the couch and raise up the extra mattress section from underneath the couch. Remove the couch pillows to make space for two!

Extra Linens: Underneath the chaise section of the couch you will find four bath towels and four hand towels, two pillows, a comforter, and extra sets of sheets and pillowcases for the couch and air mattress.

Air Mattress: Designed for camping, our air mattress is extra-sturdy and provides a wonderful sleeping space for two. To inflate, please plug in the pump and wait for it to charge. Once the light on it is solid (not blinking), unplug the pump, insert the end into the air mattress, and flip the switch to inflate.

We love hosting folks, so we want to be as respectful as possible to our wonderful neighbors. Since we’re in a quiet neighborhood, we do ask that you follow a few easy rules:

- No parties & no overnight guests without prior approval. If you’re looking to host a small gathering, that’s probably ok but please let us know.
- Respectful, quiet volume, particularly after 9 pm.
- Please leave your shoes at the door.
- No pets please, as many of the guests we host have allergies.
- No smoking - also, don't discard your cigarettes in house trash cans. They get stinky.
- If you break or damage something, please let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair.
- Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free and we intend to keep it that way with your help.

While access to public transportation is not easily available from our house, UBER and LYFT run consistently in the area and are quick, cheap, and accessible options to get anywhere in the Novi/Northville/Livonia and Plymouth/Northville/Canton areas!

Family visit in Plymouth
Wonderful location! Spacious, beautiful home in a peaceful neighborhood. We were able to walk around the corner and grab an excellent cup of coffee and breakfast. We have family in Plymouth. This home worked out perfect for my family of 5 to stay comfortably and be only a short drive away from our family we were visiting. It felt like a home away from home. Management was quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend’!!
