Our room was not well cleaned, there was hair and food on the floor of the bathroom. There was an unpleasant smell on the entire second floor. 2 of the pillows were dirty with cigarette burns on them. When we pulled out the sofa bed the mattress was disgusting with stains. This hotel also no longer has a hot tub like it shows in the pictures.

Good price. The light in the bathroom didn't work, making it impossible to shower with the door closed. Told the front desk and they didn't do anything about it. They just said they thought they handled it. That was poor customer service on their part.

Dirty in all areas except dining area, toilet seat falling off, power outage was afraid of taking elevator. Not enough towels and when I went to ask for some I was told they didn’t have enough for extra, garbage cans in the room had mold under the bags , When checking in was the highlight very nice man waiting on me .

The staff was great! The room was clean and very nice. However the plumbing in the shower was backwards (cold was hot, hot was cold) and the bed was way too hard. I woke up in pain multiple times and didn’t get much rest. The pillows were amazing and the bedding was clean though, so that a plus.

The floor in the bathroom in the corners had loads of build up, shower curtain had a brown chunk of stuff on it and the wall heating cooling system did not work well. You couldn't choose a cool setting only heat.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Overall our stay is good. Front desk area and Hallways are clean 👍, smells good too. Buffet breakfast was ok. Friendly staff. Cleanliness is ok but not so good 😞. It was dusty behind the washroom door (hairs too), closets is dusty, sofa needs vacuuming. I’m sorry to make this comments but the hotel needs to know. I would still recommend this hotel
