Staff at check in were courteous and hospitable. The room furniture was a bit tired, but the bed (most importantly!) was very comfortable and my wife and I both got a solid night's rest. Tere was a sign in the lobby announcing that the property was about to go through a complete remodel. The lobby are looked quite nice, but our room (#155) could use a makeover. The water pressure in the bathroom sink was pathetic.

I’ve used this hotel often for the last 20 years, and unfortunately it is become run down. The carpets are old and soiled, the ice machine was broken, and one of the glass doors appeared to have been kicked in.

I really enjoyed having a room the looked out onto the courtyard. We stayed for three nights and it was always so peaceful. Staff was also very helpful with my questions, and professional. I'd stay here again if I ever came back.

The front desk should make it known when you check in that scammers could call your hotel room, ask for you by name and ask you for money. Also the fact that this business doesn’t care that a person’s information was compromised is ludicrous.
