Worst hotel we have ever stayed in.old ,dirt,and hanging curtains Smelly Bedsheets Horrible maintenance Unfreindly and unhelpful staff at the front desk Zero ventilation in the rooms and bathroom. Despite of clearly mentioning on their page as breakfast included,they said they dont give bf since last 3years that too only when asked.So clearly bf is a scam! We could go on but not gonna waste time and words. Plz do not ever book into this hotel.

My throat hurt 10 mins of being there. The smell was unbearable, I wouldn’t slept in my car before sleeping in this gross hotel. DO NOT GET A ROOM HERE. I never got a refund even after talking to the hotel front desk, when they said they would give me one. Expedia is the issue as well.

Madison Hgts Health Dept my next phone call.
I've stayed here before & regret it - NEVER again. Last time, I asked what time breakfast was & the man @ front desk said they didn't serve breakfast, "Wyndam said we couldn't serve breakfast anymore.". When I stated that it was advertised online, he said he tried to contact the advertiser "four dif times" and he couldn't get the ad down. This time, as soon as I initially walked into the room, there was a slight burning smell & the room was uncomfortably warm. I immediately called the front desk. Two people on duty came up to the room & I explained that I thought something was overheating- maybe the mini fridge or microwave? She turned the air on instead of the heat (which was confusing.. normally, a heater would be turned off when the room is cleaned, not run indefinitely) and said I could turn the heat back on if it gets too cool (Michigan freezing cold + extreme wind outside, it didn't take long). She said it was from the heater, but insisted she didn't smell anything, & left. I noticed after that there was about a quarter inch of dust on the heater. I went to bed, the room was cool by now & I put heat to the lowest setting I could- interface that would normally show the temp was broken. Smell is now back. I had to sleep @ foot of the bed- the headboard was "unclean". I woke at 6 am to use the restroom.. when I turned on the light, two roaches scattered. I should've asked for a refund, but I know it would have been another denial of responsibility. NEVER AGAIN.

The place was a dump. Stained carpets, dented and dirty lampshades, broken fixtures. It hasnt been taken care of in years. And the manager is rude.
