The room was nice very clean very warm pleasant the jacuzzi did not work I asked for a late check out an hour later after 15 minutes to check out the lady started knocking on the door I asked if I could pay extra for a late check out she told me no and then kept my deposit anyway

Great Fireplace
The room was spacious and comfortable with wood flooring and an amazing gas fireplace. The shower is as hot as you want it to be and the head, at least in my room, gives a full on massage with the water pressure.

Highly recommend.
This gem of a motel lodge was amazing! Very quiet, even with all rooms to capacity. Room was adorable, very clean, keurig coffee, even conditioner! Room had a very calming fireplace in it which we definitely used. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back on our trips to Detroit. Staff was very nice and accomodating upon check in and check out.

When people who smoke rent a room, the room is going to smell like smoke, whether or not they smoke in the room. The first room was unacceptable, the second we agreed to was barely tolerable. Not a restful stay. Non smoking rooms rented by smokers are going to be funky. Lesson learned.

I liked that my towels were done up in a special way. The room waa beside a laundry room which means I run out of hot water sometimes.

Did not know they offer 3 hour stays at the hotel. We know what people are doing for that 3 hours. Walls are this so you know when those n people are staying there. They have a 20$ (must be cash) hold for the room card which was not told before hand.

Nice place. Had stayed there before. However, had two encounters w reception area. First, waited over 5 minutes for staff to show at desk. Then, no pen to sign paperwork..another five minutes. She then said (at 1:05 pm) check in isn’t until two. After traveling for hrs, I asked if our room was ready, and she again replied, check in is at 2pm. After discussing, she finally gave me the keys. Wasn’t happy, as our our rm was vacant and clean. She acted liked she was really doing me a big favor. I’ve never experienced that before. Came back that night to no parking slots available.. checkout was a little better, but woman was not gracious, and not very friendly.
