Awful smell of air fresheners in room, it gave me a migraine. Very dark. Definitely needs of updating throughout the halls and rooms. Lobby very strong chlorine smell. Parking is odd. Not a typical Marriott level property.

So noisy. All doors were off the center atrium so all bar, lobby and pool noises came through the door. We had to blast green noise just to sleep.The staff did their best to send bar people to rooms after closing but it was a lost cause.

This property is far from Ann Arbor where we traveled to every day. It’s clean, but could use some updating. The area is safe, with several dining options and shopping. There needs to be lighted signage showing the hotel name. It’s very dark. If not for GPS the property could be missed.

Booked a king suite for my wife and I to get away for the night. The gentleman working the front desk seemed inconvenienced that we were there. Our room appeared nice at first, but the more we looked the more found wrong. Jacuzzi tub had a large crack in it making it unusable. Bathroom door was difficult to open, it slides on rails and was grinding on something. The bathroom sink water would not even get warm. The television in the bedroom only turned on and off, no way to change the channel. The room also is located right in the middle of the hotel, which is where the pool and bar is located, so for a "premium" room, I get to hear EVERYTHING that goes on. Very disappointed.

Room and bathroom was dirty. The pool is in the lobby so any rooms that are numbered around 160-170 will smell like chlorine and will be very loud.

The front desk staff was rude, disrespectful and intentionally charged my card for a reservation I said I didn't want to keep. She escalated the situation after I became frustrated, lied MULTIPLE times then refused to provide me with the general managers contact information. We ultimately had a physical fist fight in the lobby of the hotel. The room I was given had a filthy bathroom with molded grout in the shower, it had a strong foul odor when you walked in and a sliding door entrance from a courtyard that DID NOT HAVE A LOCK. Only a metal bar!! 1 of the worst experiences of my life!!
