I think all was good. No complaints. Great breakfast. Easy check in and out. Room was nice. Bathroom could do with some updating. Shower and tub in rough shape. Our towels were in rough shape as well. Frayed and tattered looking.

It is a good place to stay in. Staff were amazing. Breakfast option did lack the usual items but all in all very good The only dislikes 1. The ac completely shuts offs and doesn’t allow the fan to continue running to drown out the road noise. 2. Since the location is on the street you hear cars with loud exhaust pass by all the time.

Disappointed
Cleanliness was perfect. However, we were in an adjoining room and there was too much noise and banging coming from the other side. In addition, a fire alarm went off in our room. The alarm was deafening and the bright strobe lights were frightening. We called down to the front desk to advise what was happening and was told "ok." A call came from the front desk asking if the alarm had gone off. We informed them that it had. There was no excuse or apology given to us! It's a good thing we didn't have a heart attack or your company would have had a lawsuit. Suffice it to say, we won't be returning.

We love Hampton Inns. I asked them to change the sheets because the fitted sheet was old and came off the corners and they took care if it. I would encourage them to replace their worn towels. Nice fast food restaurants and small grocery store real close. Great location for visiting the Henry Ford.
