We enjoyed our stay very much. Kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast bar was great. Coffee bar wonderful. The only down side was the room we were given was not the one that we booked.

The staff was great. However we had no house keeping / the whole time we were there . We were not aware that we had to ask for that at check in. So next time it would be nice if we were told about that. And the rugs were dirty in the room. They could use a good cleaning or newer ones would be recommended. Overall good stay. Thank you

Found out on our second day that our door was not latching/locking when it shut. Very unnerving. Was told it happens a lot. The lighting in the "studio" rooms are Terrible! The couches that turn into beds are uncomfortable. But it was clean.
