While there is a microwave, coffee maker and coffee service and paper cups in the room, there is really nothing else. No utensils (plastic or otherwise), no glasses (even in the bathroom), and no tongs for the ice bucket. I was there for 3 nights in the same room on two separate reservations, and even though I discussed this with the front desk upon arrival, my room was never serviced.

We stayed one night, which was fine. The next morning we tried making coffee and the Keurig and it did not work. We could not get hot water for a shower. We waited and waited for the water to get warm and it never did. We had to take cold showers. When we checked out, we let reception know our problems and that is when we found out there was a plumbing problem. It would’ve been nice to be notified that we would not be getting a hot shower, so disappointing.

We were there for a couple days for a fanily wedding. It was nice and convenient. The ceiling in the bathroom seemed a bit water damaged and mildewed, and the hot water went out one day and seemed to be an issue until we checked out at least. Overall the stay was nice but pricey considering the issues i thought.

We stayed for one night, Upon returning after dinner out, I overheard the front desk clerk telling a patron that there was no hot water. So, it was a cold wash in the morning. Additionally, the scrambled eggs and sausage were cold at breakfast

Fire alarm triggered at 6:30am and they told us that it was a usual malfunctioning!, also they dont clean the room every day! breakfast cost us 15usd each and it was terrible, maybe the worst coffee i tried this year!… staff is misaligned in their dress code

Very convenient to everything, right off 2 major expressways. Door closing from other rooms very noisy, just like most hotels. They at least cleaned the room every other day. Had to pay for breakfast, wouldnt have stayed here if I would have known that.

As I lie awake at 4 in the morning from a very uncomfortable bed extremely hard mattress I go to use the bathroom and the toilet does not flush very well and the bath ceilings are very low and peeling paint I cannot believe this is a three-star hotel this feels like a roadside Motel. The air conditioner is extremely loud and rattling. Do not stay here unless price goes below $100. this is a 6.
