No room service, terrible room
The hotel itself looks decent, but the room we stayed in was horrible and the room service was lackluster. The air vent in bathroom just randomly decided to fall out at first night. The shower drain was clogged with nasty hair and looks like nobody has taken care of it for a while. We didn't really get our room cleaned when we were away, so either the hotel was understaffed, or they just didn't care. The elevator was broken and it took forever for the door to close. The breakfast tasted horrible as well, I'd rather go to the restaurants nearby for some dry food. Overall I don't recommend this hotel.

Had a great stay here - the room was a great size, clean, well furnished and nice and quiet. Reception staff member (forgot her name) was lovely and friendly. Breakfast was ok but not great. Didn't try the pool or fitness centre, but they looked good. Would certainly recommend!

The restroom on the main floor was dirty with paper towel everywhere on the counter, the floor and overflowing in the waste basket. My room was also dirty with crumbs on the floor and food in the frig, there was also personal affects on the bathroom counter from previous guest- made me wonder if it had been cleaned at all.
