The front desk clerk had trouble getting our keys to work but she was very friendly and worked it out. Rooms are a little tight on space but nicely remodeled. Didn't love the sliding bathroom doors for privacy and wish the bathroom had a dimmer switch.

Overall the hotel was okay. It served its purpose which was needing a place to stay for a few days with our kids. The hotel restaurant was not great, service was lacking and food was not good (especially the french fries). During our stay we got stuck in the elevator with about 5 other people for about 15 minutes. We couldn’t get in touch with the front desk so we resorted to calling 911. The only good thing was that it was a convenient walk to Ford Field and surrounding attractions. But definitely wouldn’t book this hotel again.

Very comfortable stay. Steady flow of traffic at the hotel and everyone friendly. Nice view and convenient location for a conference at Huntington Place and restaurants and cafes near by. Would definitely stay there again!
