OUTDATED PROPERTY
Overall the room was outdated, Ex.. Carpet and Sofa. The bathroom was partially cleaned. MGM has always had a standard of luxury , It is unfortunate that this property has not been maintained.

Attended a concert nearby with my niece and nephew. Upon arrival we had all our bags and was ready to check-in. They checked ID's at the door and informed us we could not enter that way because my niece is only 20. There were 5 security guards standing around and instead of escorting us to the front desk we were told that the State Police would be called. So we carted all of our belongings around the outside perimeter in the freezing cold. We had 2 rooms, one on the Concierge level and another on the Penthouse level. It would have been nice to NOT be treated like criminals.

Just a couple of disappointments: Found a toenail in the bathroom. Curtains didn’t shut out light. However, Staff were all so very friendly, the bed was comfortable and the shower was nice.

I really enjoyed staying here. The view was beautiful. The room was modern and comfortable. Valet guys were awesome and super helpful. They even put my daughter in her car seat. I'll definitely be staying at the MGM when I visit.
