We loved the spa and the convenience of parking and restaurants. Only downside was they didn’t pick up our room service order for breakfast and I had to call and order it 30 min after it should have been there. If I was in a hurry that would have been disappointing. We only stayed 1 night.

Woke me up at 5am due to a leak in another room. Said a manager would call me to offer me a new stay to make up for it. Never received a call. Very unprofessional. This was my engagement night at an expensive room. Executive king suite. Very unfortunate

The lady who helped us at the check in was amazing .I forgot my ID at home. The reservation was in my name. She helped us out. Told us what to do. Our room was great. The casino was large and the food was great. And we won !

Some of the staff members are surely showing signs of overwork. They are understaffed. This was surely evident when we went to pick up a coffee and it took over 30 minutes for us to get what we had originally ordered two people working behind the counter. Went specifically to spend some time in the hot tub, sauna, and pool. The sauna AND hot tub were out of commission. Pool area was cold and no towels. DISAPPOINTING. Finally, presented my keys to the valet on arrival. Brand new crystal keychain missing when fob was returned to me.

The room was great, long wait for a table at the restaurant so we paid a lot more for room service but the food was good and delivered fast. We chose this hotel for access to the pool for our family but found out later that kids are not allowed at the pool (14 years old only) which ruined my son’s birthday celebration since he is was only 8. We won’t be returning to this hotel!

The slots were not nice at all and didn’t even let us play a few hours before taking it all. The room appeared clean but there were crumbs underneath the coffee tables and couch. Stains and burn holes in the carpet, and a couch that swallowed you whole if you tried to sit on it. No refrigerator or microwave without requesting it but they sure did have a sensor loaded mini fridge as a mini bar with an $8 can of pringles, $9 cookies, candy covered chocolate, or gummy bears. Not the infused kind either. All of the restaurants closed at 11 or earlier and our pizza order was canceled due to being at the resort. You have to key in the elevator to enter your floor before it will go which shows how not safe this place really is. The hotel advertised quiet rooms. I expected thicker walls and doors because of this but this was not the case at all. We were awoken at 2:29am by another room hosting some sort of hotel party where everyone was hooting and hollering. We ended up calling concierge twice but the rooom would only quite down for a couple minutes and then they’d turn it right back up. Needless to say we were up all night from the noise but probably would have been up anyway with how uncomfortable and lumpy the bed and pillows were. Never again.
