The room smells bad, and they charged me for an extra person despite it being for 1 adult and 2 kids. I later found out that the maximum capacity of the room is only 1 person. How is that possible when I booked a room with two double beds that was advertised to sleep 4?

Guy working the night shift was awesome! But the woman running the breakfast area was rude and lazy. I went there at 8 a.m. and there was one piece of bread, some dry cereal, and a couple packets of oatmeal. The coffee machine wasn't working and no sign telling you to go into the hall to get it. She wasn't around to ask questions. When she saw me looking for a bag in a drawer she YELLED at me and scared me! I didn't know anyone was working the area. The hotel stunk. The bathroom was clean, but the bedding was stained and smelled awful. The air-conditioning unit was very loud. The hotel is located in an industrial area, so you won't find nearby restaurants. But if someone is looking for cheap place to stay for a night, this will work. The guys running the shuttle were really nice, and it was a bonus to have that service.
