This place is in a great area safe and clean. Do not stay at the Southfield Soneasta select very bad and trashy must be a different owner there.

Stayed for one night and would not come back. The room was not clean. Food was in the fridge and bathroom looked not clean. Front desk staff that check me either was not friendly.

There was laundry in the hallway, a couple black trash bags full of? In the ice room, and the elevators and hall needed vacuuming. My room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, which is all I need. Despite the hallway conditions described, I will go back.

Check in girl was very helpful. Used restroom before going into room. Door lock in stalls were broken. The room was ok overall. We noticed there was a small piece of a plain potato chip on the tv. The shower curtain had black mould on it and my son also noticed while showering that there was some silver fish crawling in the shower. Usually means that the humidity is way too high. When leaving early with my family the Elevator was not working. After waiting five minutes we had to take the stairs. We were on the top floor.

Overall is good, the only thing they need to do is remove empty big bottle shampoo, conditioner and body soap from the bathroom. They need to put shampoo, conditioner and body soap in The bathroom. Not by the sink and there wasn’t a conditioner either

Marica at the front desk was very put out that she had to get up and service the customers. I was trying to extend my stay and asked if they could match the online rate, I showed it to her and she said yes, then asked me to insert my credit card, the display was showing $23 more, when I brought it to her attention, she replied "I was doing you a favor"! Why is doing your kob doing me a favor?
