It was just a dirty, smelly, all around poor experience. They pride themselves in being “smoke free” but smoke lingered in the halls and we found several cigarettes in our not-so-clean room. We couldn’t wait to leave and we have no plans of ever returning.

We stayed here in September for two nights. The staff gave us a room next to the equipment room and said that it was because the hotel was fully-booked. The room has a smell and the ventilation fan in shower did not work. It was late and we went to shower and sleep right away. The next morning I woke up for a jog around the hotel and realized the hotel parking lot is actually quite empty. What horrified me further is that my kid woke up with a serious insect bite on face, I asked for a room switch immediately and was granted one and the staff said someone had cancelled but I know it is not true due to the nearly empty parking lot. The new room is only slightly better than the old room and I discovered two spiders in the restroom. The ventilation fan doesn’t appear to be working either. I also found two bed bug bites on my left arm so I confronted the desk worker but they laughed at us for complaining about the bites and the assistant manager Cailey wanted to kick us out in the rainy afternoon for complaining about their lack of respect towards their customers. Her gangster attitude surprised me and prompt me this review. So this property has a serious pest control problem and it appears to be manages by people who is disrepectful and doesn’t care for their customers’ health and well-being. A few months after this episode and my child is still recovering from the cellulitis caused by the bite on face. I am regretful for booking this hotel for my family.

We appreciated the room layout and kitchenette-especially for the price. Bed was super comfortable. There were some problems with the room-bathroom floor uneven and cracking, no ventilation in the bathroom, items missing from kitchenette, and wifi was unusable.
