We liked the layout and design of the common areas and room. The hotel breakfast, coffee station, and store were all well stocked and accessible during our weekend stay. We enjoyed the service and the room was well cleaned. Some issues we experienced were the bathroom fan not working, loud hvac, and loud guests in the hallway disturbed sleep. There was a big football game and parties happening in town but we were in town for a funeral. So, it was rough. Would try again but for top floor and away from the street side only.

I like the cleanliness, but rooms heat control were not user friendly, bathroom lights didn’t work on 2nd day of my stay! Lastly, parking was limited on a snowy day, when capacity was near full. Overall an average experience!!

Property & room was perfect! Shower wasn’t cleaned properly so just mark sure you check everything before you get comfortable. Other than that everything was perfect!

The hotel was ok, lobby area is nice. The room suite was ok and practical use for family (kitchen). There was no room refresh available over the weekend. Also, the hotel has ant problems. Got back to a pile of ants crawling on carpet. Had there been refresh, it would have mitigated this issue, the manager’s solution was to give reward member points.

My family came here for Thanksgiving. Beautiful hotel. I will be back. One issue.. When you walk in the hotel you are attacked by a floral fragrance or air mist. It took my breath away. And almost caused an asthma attack. I did tell the front desk.
