Excellent customer service by valet parking team. At midnight, I realized that a substantial amount of water was coming thru the bathroom ceiling from the room above. This required that I change rooms. Hotel did not readily offer any offset of fees, surprisingly.

The Townsend did not disappoint. We chose the propose celebrate our anniversary. They had waiting in the room champagne, chocolate covered strawberries, and a nice card. Well done! We will be back!

I would not recommend & will never stay here again. The bed was so saggy, the pillows uncomfortable & the sheets rough & worn. I could hardly sleep. Also my room was not made up during the day. I left the “make up my room” light on when I left at 9:30am. But by 4pm when I returned the room still hadn’t been made. By then it was too late, I hardly wanted to be bothered.
