The fact you only get two towels, two pillows, they only clean every other week, they let people be as loud as they want until 11pm no matter if it bother the other guests, there’s a lot of positives about the place but a lot more negatives I will never be staying here again and won’t be recommending anyone else too either

Great property and I will definitely consider staying again. It was just a shock that there is almost no guest support unless you call and wait for someone to come to the desk, which is not manned during normal hotel hours. The value for $ makes it an attractive option but I wouldn't exactly think of it as a hotel. More like a room in a big building that you can use.

Wanted it to be great, but it really wasn't
It was difficult not have someone managing a desk regularly. There was a very upset man beside us and we didn't know who to call. We also didn't have enough towels and since no one was at the desk when we were there, we couldn't get more towels. The pillows were terrible. It was very modern and would be great for a long stay. I would have said it was clean but we found chips under the desk.

People were smoking weed everywhere, including the hallways so our room stunk. No one was working. We had to call to get someone to the front desk for check in and it took several minutes before she answered the phone. No one was running the desk in the morning for check out and it was 9:55 in the morning. Very strange place.
