The BEST hotel experience I have ever had!!!! The staff is professional, accomodating and friendly. Every inch of the hotel was impeccably clean. The spa was a fantastic experience with kind, knowledgeable staff. The infinity pool was clean with a luxurious ambience. The food was good with many choices. The Concierge, Aryi, was Outstanding!! Stayed with family for two nights. One of the best experiences I have had with hotel stays in Kerala. Clean property with very attentive staff. The restaurants on-site serve top-notch menus. We enjoyed eating at Desi Aromas. Staff dedication deserves praise. I am very particular about hotel stays especially when traveling with children. What a gem of a Hotel
This hotel is a gem in every sense. Our room was comfortable, clean and we woke to the most wonderful view every morning. Room service was prompt on any request. There was so much choice for Vegetarian and Non Vegetarian for both breakfast and evening meals, served by attentive staff. Abong our regular waiter in the evening was both charming and delightful. All in all we both had a wonderful stay at The Panoramic Getaway and would recommend to our family and friends.

Perfect getaway in Munnar with an amazing pool view and excellent facilities. Probably one of the best places to stay here, if not the best. Food was delicious. Staff very friendly and hotel very clean.

My husband and I stayed at The Panoramic Getaway from 22 to 24th August 2023. We chose to stay at the Pavilion Suite. The experience was phenomenal. There are 2 restaurants and a cafe, a spa, there are two heated swimming pools for everyone who stay there. With the Pavilion Suite you will have a private pool, a sauna, a jacuzzi and a bathtub. The staff were professional and welcoming. They always had a smile and accommodated all the requests we had. I will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was some of the best we have tried. The rooms were nice and spacious, with balconies over looking the hills. The pool area was so nice, wish we had time to use the pool as it was heated

Amazing resort
We stayed in the property for one night, the location is easily accessible and it’s on Munnar bypass , it is also very close to the Anachal town. It has 2 swimming pools , both of them are heated ones which is highly essential. The room was spacious and the view from the balcony was incredible. We opted for buffet dinner and breakfast which was good. The infinity pool was awesome and the sunset view from the pool was mind blowing.
