Erittäin mukava tilava 2 makuuhuoneen mökki, joka on kokonaan uusittu - uusi keittiö, kylpyhuone, lattia. Toukokuusta 2018 alkaen upouusi puulattia koko olohuoneessa ja makuuhuoneissa, keskusilma ja lämpö. Uusi kotelo ulkosuihkuille ja uusi valaistus. Suuri eteinen oleskelualueella Talossa on 1 kylpyhuone ja lisäksi ulkosuihku.

Neljä vaihtovirta / lämpöyksikköä, joissa 4 kaukosäädintä - yksi jokaisessa huoneessa. 300 dollarin veloitus, jos kaukosäädin katoaa. Varmista, että asetat kaukosäätimen takaisin seinälle lähellä yksiköitä. Uusi pesukone ja kuivaaja kevät 2014. Täysin kalustettu kaikilla mukavuuksilla, joita rannalla tarvitaan.

Talo saa nukkua 6 2 queen beds. Kolme vuodesohvaa. Talo on varustettu 42 'taulutelevisiolla olohuoneessa. Tämä on toinen kiinteistömme, jonka olemme omistaneet 9 vuotta. Ensimmäinen on listattu VRBO: n alla numerolla 64129, ja olemme omistaneet sen 24 vuoden ajan. Ole hyvä ja katso kommentit monien onnellinen asiakkaiden vuosien varrella.

Tämä talo sijaitsee 1 1/2 korttelin päässä rannasta New Orleans Street -kadulla. Pysäköinti kadulla 2 autolle. (jaa 4 pysäköintipaikkaa viereisen talon kanssa, 2 kohtaa molemmilla. Ole huomaavainen). Iso takapiha lapsille nauttia. 3 minuutin kävelymatka rannalle, 2. talo lahdesta. (Näet lahden takahuoneen ikkunasta) Tämän talon siivoo myös hyvä ystävä, ei palvelu, joten voit odottaa sen olevan erittäin puhdas, kuten myös muun omaisuutemme.

Viikkovuokraus kauden mieluummin. Tarjottu vähintään 4 päivän päivä. Liikevaihtopäivämuuttuja, kunhan päivät eivät ole tyhjiä. Mieluummin sunnuntain liikevaihto
 
Minuuttia (kävely) ravintoloihin, baareihin, pikaruoka, kahvila, kaupungin puisto, lahti, ostos ja viihde. Yksi maili Rehoboth Boardwalkista ja Funlandista kohtuuhintaisella lastenretkellä. Nosta Jolly-vaunu Rehobothiin kulmasta. Pysäköi autoasi äläkä koskaan liikuta sitä. Rehoboth-ostoskeskukset 1-2 mailin päässä. Paljon hienoja ruokia Rehobothissa. Yhden tai kahden kadun pysäköinti talossa.

Sisäänkirjautuminen klo 14.00, Lähtö klo 10.00. Kunnioita talomme ja jätä talo luudan puhtaassa kunnossa, poista kaikki roskat, sammuta valot ja lämmitys / vaihtovirta. Tuo pyyhkeet, lakanat ja paperituotteet. Kaasugrilli, propaani ei ole taattu. Ole turvallinen ja älä käytä grilliä taloa vastaan. Jätä grilli kunnossa, kuten löytyy.

Dewey Beach on määrännyt 3%: n vuokraveron kaikista Deweyn lyhytaikaisista vuokrakohteista.

Perfect Beach Cottage
Everything we needed and more. Perfect location - walking distance to the beach and nearby bars/restaurants. Plenty of parking space, outdoor shower, and grill. Liz was a pleasure, and very responsive. Looking forward to staying again soon.

Great location and great stay
My friends and I had a great time staying at this property over a summer weekend. Property manager was very helpful and nice. The check in process was super easy. Location is prime in Dewey beach. Would recommend others to stay here.

Cute Cottage
This cottage is in the perfect location to all things Dewey. Steps from Starboard and just a short walk to all other restaurants, bars and the beach! The no frills house is perfect for a quick getaway or a week at the beach. My friends and I had a great time and spoke frequently all weekend about how much we enjoyed our limited time in the house, wishing we stayed longer than the weekend. The biggest part of it is how great Liz, the owner is. Liz was beyond accommodating and easy to work with, responding quickly to each of our questions. 10/10 would try and stay here again.

Lovely Beach Cottage
Perfect place to lay your head after a day at the beach. Convenient walking to Dewey Beach, restaurants, shops, and bars. After reading other reviews, we tried Sandy Pony Donuts at the end of the block and they didn't disappoint. Rehoboth is a short drive away, but really, stay in Dewey - we enjoyed it more there.

The best part of our rental was the short walk to the beach. The air quality in the unit was terrible. Although there was a dehumidifier it smelled musty and damp. The furnishings are old and the unit is in need of a major update. The backyard area with grill was not very attractive. Table and chairs old and general landscape non existent

Nice home.
Home was as described, clean and had everything we needed. Gravel drive was a little hard to navigate beach accessories and luggage from car to home, but not a deal breaker. Home was clean and cozy. Grill out back was clean and had propane. Would recommend and possibly stay again in the future.

Great Location!
Our little family enjoyed our stay at this property. The location cannot be beat for the price. It made our walks to the beach with two little girls (5 & 9) easy and no stress. It is in a prime spot, with easy walking access to all restaurants and stores. The girls were especially fans of the sandy pony donuts and pizza from starboard sauced, both right at the end of the street. The house was clean, the beds were comfy. I’d say the only downsides were no outdoor deck and a bit of a musty smell. I will add that those two things would absolutely NOT keep us from coming back again. I definitely would. Elizabeth was responsive and kind.

Great stay
We booked our stay in early February, and when an issue came up with the dates that we were supposed to be staying at the house, the host was very accommodating and working out a solution for us. The location was above and beyond what we expected with a short walk to the beach which was very manageable with 4 kids, as well as how close it was to restaurants in the area. The host has been making updates throughout, and was overall very comfortable.

comfortable cottage close to beach, everything in Dewey and Rehoboth
Nice, clean cottage with easy access to the beach and everything else. Only one bathroom but the outside shower is a big convenience. We enjoyed the enclosed porch too. Kitchen has all you need. We brought our own sheets, blankets and towels which I think is pretty typical for a beach house. Easy check-in/out.

Dewey Beach beach cottage - 6/26/2021
The property was clean and easy to access. The images in the advertisements/listing are exactly as they are in person. The television was very new, The washer and dryer look 'retro' but they are actually relatively new. We actually did a few loads of laundry. The general vibe was nice and 'homey' for lack of a better word. It had it's quirks and could use a little fresh paint here and there. Some people had mentioned the couch was too soft. I could understand that assessment depending on your sensitivity, but it never bothered us. Overall, everything was great. We have stayed in places that were 'dumps', but this cottage was anything but that. It's obvious that the owners put the effort into creating a place they might want to stay at themselves. Our property managers Liz and Tom were very responsive to all of our needs. Some minor repairs were addressed immediately. We appreciated it's relative closeness to the beach. It was easily walk-able. The location offered convenient restaurants and shops (again, all just a short walk away). The Jolly Trolly had multiple pickup/drop off locations which made trips to Rehobeth cheap and free of parking hassles (having to find parking always stresses me out and makes vacations less enjoyable!). In the case of this cottage though, the trip to Dewey automatically included easy trips to Rehobeth. We barely used our car the entire week we stayed.

Nice property and location, not well cleaned and cared for
The house was a good size for my family (2 adults, 1 preschooler). Great and quiet location, easy to get to the beach and lots of good restaurant options in walking distance. The house had all of the basics we needed for our 6 night stay and we liked the mini splits for a/c. However, the house was dirty and not well cared for. There was black gross stuff that looked like coffee grounds in multiple places in the kitchen including in the dish drainer, which was also rusty, so we didn’t use it. Lots of the kitchen utensils were icky and some were rusted. There was a gross smell coming from near the sink… guessing maybe mildew? And the true icing on the cake was the adult bed bug we found on our last morning. It’s a perfectly nice house, but it needs to be cared for and cleaned better. Maybe some of this would have been less bothersome to a group of 21 year olds ready to party, but for a family with a child, it was pretty unpleasant. We talked to the home owner after finding the bed bug and she assured us she would be calling an exterminator. Hopefully this will be a nicer house to stay at in the future, but I won’t be coming back to find out.
