One of the most beautiful homes on the hills of Dillon Beach with 3,600 square feet of luxurious living space. This home offers beautiful views of the ocean, beach, mountains, and rolling hills. The evening sunsets are a must see from the picturesque windows or you could take a stroll down to the beach where you can take in all the romantic, breathtaking sights! This beach home is so beautiful that it was featured in a box office movie that screened in 2013.
All of the rooms are amazingly spacious with Warm Designer Décor. The Living room furnishings include two leather sofas, two relaxing reclining chairs, and a 4 seated game table that serves as a place to work on a challenging puzzle, or possibly a competitive good old-fashioned family card game. In the living room you will also find a cozy gas fireplace, and a large 58” HD TV.
Adjoining is the dining room that features a farm style table that easily seats 12. A few steps further, you will enter the kitchen… here you will enjoy the large island with 4 bar stools for casual dining or just enjoying a small social gathering. In this well-appointed kitchen, we also feature a refrigerator-freezer, gas range, microwave, toaster oven, and dishwasher. Updated modern cookware, an abundance of dishes, table linens and everything else you will need for preparing and serving delicious gourmet meals.
Upstairs is a very grand master suite that offers a California King Bed with cozy bedding, an HD TV /DVD player, coffee bistro table, a chaise lounge, large private balcony, (another favorite place to sit and enjoy the sights) large bath tub, separate shower, and a double sink vanity. The closet in this master bedroom (7 x 15) is so spacious that it fits a trundle bed set that easily converts to a double . This non traditional bedroom can close for privacy.
The third and fourth sleeping areas have California King Beds with blissful linens.
Between these two rooms you will find a large shower/tub and a double sink vanity. Towels, blow dryer and shampoo toiletries are also provided.
The fifth sleeping room has two twin trundle beds that could convert to two double or four twin size beds if needed. A TV is included for you to enjoy.
Luxurious linens, goose down pillows, and comforters are also available.

An additional half bathroom at the entrance of the home for all to use.

WAIT! That’s not all …….
We know everyone will definitely enjoy the “Game room/converted garage. This is where the kids (adult ones too) will hang out after dark and watch the Large Screened TV. The Large Screened Smart TV you will enjoy for your Movie nights, or just sit back and enjoy a good football game. A second refrigerator, a Pool Table, and a Foosball table are found in this entertainment room. OR This room could be closed off and used as the 6th sleeping room where we have also added a Queen size fold down Murphy bed with comfy linens for you to snuggle into.
Additional amenities include high-speed Internet access, stainless steel gas barbecue, and new spa/hot tub with outdoor shower, a variety of board games, as well as many popular DVD movies for you to choose from.

Deer and other wildlife are abundant in the area and can often be viewed from almost every room in the house. There are miles and miles of hiking trails to explore with Hidden beaches and incredible views every step of the way. Plus don’t miss out on all the wonderful things that Dillon Beach’s Resort has to offer.

Cleaning services will be performed upon departure. An extra charge will be added if we have to take out the trash, separate recycling, remove food or washing of dishes following your departure.

Dillon Beach is about 1 1/2 hours north of the San Francisco Airport and about 45 minutes from the Santa Rosa Airport.

Sea Filly is equipped with Outdoor Home Monitoring for your safety and for the safety of the home.

No boats, trailers, or RV's of any sort are allowed on the property at any time.

Amazing house with great view of the Pacific ocean. Lots to do between the beach, trails, and at home (game room, hot tub, etc.). Perfect spot for kids and dogs with plenty of space for everyone.

Beautiful Oasis
Escaped from the Bay Area heat to a beautiful foggy oasis. The house is very well appointed and immaculate with comfortable beds and a large and very functional kitchen. We enjoyed soaking in the hot tub and taking in the beautiful vistas on our walk down to the beach. Hope to come back sometime!

Organized and well supplied kitchen, including shelf markers to find/replace items; house clean and tidy; hot tub warm and inviting; plenty of room for 10 people to have private and family time with large dining room table with chairs. House further from beach than I thought from photos, and it was cold/foggy on most of the 5 days. This was a pleasant relief from home with triple digit temps!

Heavenly family stay
Truly luxurious home with beautiful views especially at sunset. The house was so well set up for a lovely stay family stay with puzzles, board games, boogie boards and beach toys. The property was immaculate at our arrival, all beds were especially comfortable, there was an abundance of fine towels. The kitchen was especially well supplied allowing for easy preparation of meals for a family group. the host warned us to do our grocery shopping before arrival which was helpful as there are no big grocery stores in the vicinity. We enjoyed exploring the north coast, hikes, near and far, horseback trail rides, oysters.

Great House! Great Location! Great Stay!
The house was clean with large spaces for the 12 of us to spread out and be comfortable. Dierdra, home owner was fantastic and easy to work with and made us feel right at home. The views from the home were great and it was a wonderful trip that we hope to make again very soon! Highly recommend this home for large friend or family gatherings.

Lovely beach home!
Lovely home that was perfect for 3 generations to celebrate a 60th anniversary! We loved the view and walks from the house, and the comfortable living area. The kitchen was well stocked, and we all enjoyed the foosball and pool tables. We’d love to come back!

A four-night stay at the Sea Filly
My family and I had a great long weekend at the Sea Filly! It's a beautiful and spacious house with a nice floor plan, and everything is nicely arranged. We all thought the kitchen was great, and there's a large dining table. There were eight of us, including a 13- and an 11-year-old. Some friends of theirs joined us for one night, and there's room for twelve. We got a lot of use out of the pool table, and we barbecued one evening. All in all, it's a great place to stay!

Family getaway
The weather was amazing! We went for daily walks around the development. Everyone was friendly. The kids and adults enjoyed the beach. The teenagers spent a lot of time playing pool. The large kitchen and dining room table was perfect for the 12 of us to eat together. The kitchen was well stocked. Having another refrigerator in the pool room was also helpful. The bathrooms were well stocked too. The enclosed front deck gave us beautiful views. The area was so peacefully quiet.

Group retreat
Buncha older guys gathering for a weekend of poker, cooking & walking. We needed a lot of individual beds and the arrangement worked pretty well for our group of 9. A couple of us ended up on inflatable beds in the converted garage but that was ok. Kitchen/dining area is great & living room has good views. Owner was extremely helpful & accommodating of our requests.

A wonderful family weekend
We had a small family reunion at Sea Filly and loved it. The house is lovely, and well stocked for a large group. We enjoyed time at the beach, walks nearby, and soaking in the hot tub. The kids loved seeing all of the deer, quails and cows nearby! We'll be back at the next opportunity---it is a very special place.

Beautiful and restful
Our three families enjoyed a long weekend over Labor Day and we kept raving about the spaciousness of this home. The kitchen is STICKED with everything you would ever need an we spent much of our stay cooking so this was amazing! Our kids played pool non stop and there was also ample time to rest and restore. The hosts were incredibly communicative and flexible with all of our requests and inquiries. Thank you! We will come back! Our only wish was that the site was not in walking distance to the beach. A drive is necessary and this was not made too clear on the description. BUT it totally didn't matter because this house was AMAZING!

Fantasy Football Weekend!
Nine of us stayed at this wonderful property during the last weekend of August, and everyone had a great time. This the 30th season of our Fantasy Football League, and we all wanted a getaway to where we didn't have to leave after the draft! We drafted in the backyard, and caught the interest of the nearby cows. It had plenty of space, the kitchen was highly stocked, and the place was quiet all around! We were able to cook, have fun, and tell old stories of years past! Was great to see the deer and jackrabbits come right up to the property, and test our endurance by walking back up the hill from the beach! Everyone helped clean at the end as well. It has a great hot tub, though we did not use it. We did have football on in the living room, and baseball on in the game room. Everyone just loved the property, and some had never been to Dillon Beach, but are already making plans with their respective families to come back. The owner was top notch with communications and special touches. We all have SF roots, and though we don't live in SF anymore, we certainly loved the fog and 64 degree weather. Thanks again!

Great place to capture the magic of Dillon Beach
We surprised my dad for his 80th birthday with a weekend at the Sea Filly. It was the perfect location. Dillon beach is magical, this house is great. It has the best appointed kitchen of any house I’ve rented so family meals for our group of ten were a breeze. The owners were very communicative and provided great information regarding the area. Highly recommend

Outstanding retreat
We stayed in this property for 6 nights for a family vacation. We had 12 people ranging from 7-94 and this place was perfect for us. The house was beautiful inside and so roomy. The highlight for the ‘moms’ was the kitchen, which had everything you could think of. There was a large number of dishes and cooking equipment, which made our meal preparation so easy. As for our teenagers, they loved the game room and we all enjoyed hanging out in the family room. The host was so helpful preparing for our stay, with helping to decide how to allocate rooms and areas to hike/visit around the area. The Sea Filly is definitely our favorite place of all and we hope to come back again soon.

We booked this property for three nights for our annual friend get-together, and it exceeded our expectations! The house is spacious, impeccably clean, and luxuriously decorated. The kitchen is an absolute highlight, large enough to accommodate our group of 12, and very well stocked. The weather was quite cool which was a welcome relief from the valley heat. We already want to come back!

This was a family get together, with ages 6 mo to 83. The house is beautiful, with plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is huge and had everything we needed, plenty of cookware and utensils. We would enjoy staying here again. Owner was great to work with.

Graduation Celebration
We traveled to the area to celebrate my daughters graduation from Sonoma State University. We decided to spend the weekend at Dillion Beach. The weather was a bit blustery, but the house and stay could not have been better. The Sea Filly is beautifully appointed with everything you need for great family dinners, games, and quality time together. We had all adults in our group ranging in age from 20-76. The house is WAY up a steep road, so a walk to the beach would be difficult both ways because of the steepness. We were delighted by glimpses of wildlife, including deer meandering in the front yard. We would definitely stay here again.

A beautiful location, perfect for a small team retreat
We hosted our company retreat here and it was perfect. The living room was perfect for our team meetings, kitchen spacious for dinners and hang outs, incomparable view of the ocean and lots of amenities. Deidra was a great communicative host!
