Beautifully appointed ! Such attention to detail in decoration. Comfortable indeed. Easy to park. Dinan itself is staggering - and is reflected in this property. It has our highest recommendation!!
Amazing old, quirky building. Needed to walk up very steep hill with lots of stairs. No drinks in room but free to help yourself from dining room, along with Madeleines.left luggage one checked out, so could investigate the town. Lovely.

The hotel is OK, nothing great, nothing awful. It is like staying in an old person’s house that hasn’t changed in 50~100 years, which is part of its charm. The bathrooms are fine. Breakfast is OK. The owners provide little to no information about your stay in Dinan, which is a very interesting town. (I can read French just fine, although my oral French is poor. They provide no written information in any language, perhaps they assume you will speak with them.)
Please take advantage of bus route #4! This FREE service will take you up the hill to the old town without having to navigate the cobblestones every time. Once was fine for us. The owners of the hotel do not seem to know about it. Just wait down at the bridge by the canal. It will also take you to and from the train station.
Very steep approach to entrance, parking at a little distance, but worth it! Delightful, unique furnishings, very good Continental breakfast.

This is a unique historic property on a steep cobbled pedestrianised lane. You can unload and check in but then must park (free) some distance (200m) away up or downhill. Inside is quirky, but clean and quaint. Very welcoming host (English-speaking). Lots of good cafes/restaurants in walking distance. NB: This property is unsuitable for disabled/frail.
real France experiance. simple but has everything for comfortable stay. quite and safe, right on the most walkable street in Dinan. we slept like babies. will stay again and will recommend to family and friends.
Loved this place. Charming room with a view of the old street. Close to restaurants and the included breakfast was fantastic with a beautiful view of the garden. The hosts were friendly and helpful. Great area with much fewer tourists than other locations. A stay we will remember.
We enjoyed our stay at this B&B. Rooms are spacious and clean. Its a hike up the cobblerstone path and stairs if you are not coming by car. Bringing the luggages up the steps is quite a good workout. Breakfast is good but wish that we have more variety like a cooked breakfast instead of continental breakfast. Only thing we like to change is to start daily housekeeping with fresh towels since most hotels have resumed daily housekeeping.
We experienced some difficulties locating the property but extremely well worth a visit. The approach to the property is by foot, up, or down a steep cobbled, narrow, extremity picturesque street, depending on where you park.
The hosts were fantastic and made us very welcome. Our room was delightful, overlooking the cobblestone street. The breakfast, which was excellent was served in a lovely sunroom overlooking the garden
The area is well worth a visit and our only complaint was we only booked for one evening
We are very much looking forward to going back. ,
Really enjoyed staying here. It has so much character, the bed was extremely comfortable and was very peaceful. The garden is beautiful and well kept. Breakfast was excellent and served in the lovely conservatory. It is located up a steep cobbled street and our satnav had trouble finding it. A tip is find your way to the port of Dinan which is along the river and park there. The bottom of the street can be found just before the bridge over the river. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
The Logis du Jerzual is a historic home very well restored, full of fine antiques and nice objects. It is tastefully decorated. The hostess was great! Dinan is a beautiful town to visit, has good restaurants and interesting shops. This was a wonderful stay!
