An Searrach Holiday Home Description – Sleeps 6 This bright and airy holiday home has a country style kitchen which is well equipped providing all you need for a comfortable self-catering holiday in Ireland. This coastal holiday accommodation has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6 guests comfortably:

IMPORTANT NOTES 1. Heating and Electricity:
This is an extra charge which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner. In some cases, energy is charged at a fixed daily rate or a rate per unit on the units consumed or you are required to top up a Pre-Paid Meter while in others, energy charges are included in the rate you have paid. We advise you to check with the local Owner/ Property Manager prior to arrival how this is calculated or prior to making the booking.

2. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.

3. Towels:
Towel sets are available upon request at a small charge. Please contact our Call Centre or the Property Manager to arrange (you will find the Property Manager's contact details in the Arrival Info document sent to you in the final payment confirmation).

4. Fireplaces:
There are two fireplaces in the home, however due to safety reasons they can not be used.
During your stay at this holiday home, you're just a quick walk from Ballyavenooragh. Free WiFi and a kitchen are available in the holiday home.

Wenn man Dingle besuchen möchte und auch am abendlichen Leben in der Stadt teilnehmen will, dann ist dieses Haus ideal. Es ist dennoch ruhig gelegen.
