Located on a quiet street in North Vancouver. Spacious 950sq foot garden level suite with 2 bedrooms, full bathroom, full kitchen and washer/dryer. Level 2 EV charger with unlimited charging and/or carport parking available for $30 CAD/day. Lots of free street parking available if you don't need carport or EV charger.

Mountains are everywhere on the North Shore for those who enjoy nature and breathtaking views.

Mountain biking and hiking is also very popular in North Vancouver. Unit is just 2 blocks from a hiking trail and a 10 minute drive to some of the best mountain biking trails in B.C.

A quick a 10 minute drive to the ocean and seawall as well. The Shipyards and Ambleside beach are great places to visit. 18minute drive to Horseshoe Bay ferry terminal for easy island access. 20minute drive to Canada Place cruise ship terminal. 10minute drive to Stanley Park. 20minute drive to Vancouver Aquarium. 15minute drive to downtown Vancouver.

Great Stay, comfy and spacious
We were very comfortable as a family of 3 with our dog staying at this spacious, well appointed suite. The highlight was the short walk to Mosquito Creek and forest trails, and the short drive to Lynn Canyon. The kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed. Beds, including the living room were super comfy. Hosts were responsive and friendly, though we had space to just be on our own. There is some noise from above, footsteps which were a few times disruptive to sleep. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again. The neighborhood is mellow, parking abundant out front, and neighbors we met while walking our dog were friendly.

Shane's place has everything you need for a great stay in a close to everything location in North Vancouver. The place was super clean, everything was just as described and pictured and check in/out was easy. Easy and fast communication with the host. Highly recommend and would stay here again if in the area.

Nice updated unit
This was a nice updated unit in a quiet neighborhood very close to shopping. Bathroom was nicely renovated and there were new modern furniture throughout the house. Shane was very responsive and accommodating. I’ll definitely stay again.
