The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, three ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there are two showers/WC on the ground floor.
The upper floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, features a living/dining room with sloping ceilings, a double sofa bed, satellite TV, and air conditioning, leading out to a balcony. There is one bedroom with sloping ceilings and a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), as well as an open kitchen with two hot plates, a toaster, kettle, and an electric coffee machine. This level also has a shower/WC.
