Ich habe dieses Hotel gebucht, weil Expedia das Zimmer mit 67m³ angeboten hat, was einfach gelogen ist. Die entschädigung dafür war so minimal dass es einfach nur unverschämt ist. Das nächste war, dass mein Sohn von der gebuchten Halbpansion , welches sowieso katastrophal war nur das Hauptmenue essen durfte, keine Vor- oder Nachspeise. Das 2. Zimmer war dann statt ein großes zwei kleinerer aber schmutzig an allen ecken und enden. Ich habe noch nie so schlecht gebucht. Ich habe von meinen 9 Tagen urlabub 3 Tage mit Diskutieren usw. verbracht was einfach nicht schön ist. Das einzig tolle an diesem Hotel waren die Mitarbeiter, egal ob rezeption, housekeeping oder sonstiges .. alle haben ihr bestes gegeben. Nie wieder expedia. Ich habe die letzten Jahre immer bei check24 gebucht und es gab tatsächlich nie probleme. Ich habe das bekommen was ich gebucht habe. War super und da gehe ich auch wieder hin.

Amazing experience every member of staff made the effort to ensure our stay was memorable. House keeping went above and beyond’s ensuring rooms were cleaned daily. Security staff at front desk Mohammad Sultan always greeted us with smiles and made sure our safety was his number one priority. Pool was great and was open till 11, they have their private beach which was peaceful. Breakfast was wide range and good selection. This was our second visit and no doubt if in Qatar again we will return to the Hilton.

We arrived 2 hrs earlier than expected and they were very accommodating. Very nice and polite staff. Breakfast was served till late and it was a great experience. The poters are friendly and helpful. Overall my sons and u had a wonderful time there.

I booked this hotel thinking we were in the pearl but it was actually quite remote and needed to take a taxi to the central pearl. The porters (especially Muhammad) were extremely helpful and friendly but unfortunately the lobby staff/front desk weren’t able to provide much assistance for anything due to lack of knowledge which was really disappointing (and slightly concerning to be honest!). Local construction was too noisy early morning and could feel a lot of vibrations from the construction work which was inconvenient. Breakfast options were good and tasty. Experience was average but not great enough to consider returning

Very disappointed in the amount of construction going on and the limited pool time due to religious celebrations. It took away from peace and quiet and the pool was a main purpose for booking this hotel
