Nous avions réservé une chambre avec terrasse, et nous avons eu un grand appartement SANS terrasse. décevant de ne pas avoir ce qui a été réservé

Bonjour. j'avais un grand probleme avec le chauffage et l'eau chaude.C' est la segonde fois qui j' ai ce probème et je vous assure qui ce n'est pas dròle! j'ai vous donné un appartement enfin et pas seulement une chambre. merci beaucoup.
