The stunning Mawddach Estuary is right opposite and the Cader Idris Mountain range is just behind the cottage. This delightful stone cottage has recently been recently refurbished and tastefully decorated in a shabby chic style, retaining its character features along with the comforts of modern living.

Kitchen/conservatory area - fully fitted shaker style kitchen with a lovely view of the garden and the hills just behind. There is an electric hob, oven/grill, microwave, fridge with freezer box. A useful breakfast bar divides the kitchen from the living area.
Off the kitchen is a conservatory with a washing machine and sink, plus a sitting area to enjoy the views of the garden.
Lounge/dining area with stunning view over the garden and towards the estuary. Wood-burner for those chilly evenings. There are two settees, a 24inch flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD/CD, books.
