Whole 4 bdr house 25 min. from Prague city centre. A spacious house 150m2 with a garden, large terrace and 2 parking slots in one of the most beautiful suburbs of Prague. The house consists of a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and 4 independent bedrooms on the first floor. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, two bedrooms have single beds, and one bedroom has a foldable sofa for 2 persons (140 cm). There is a large bathroom with shower, bath, and double sink, a smaller bathroom with toilet, bidet, and sink on the first floor and a separate toilet on the ground floor.
You can reach Prague city center by car or taxi in 25 minutes (Bolt is about 15 euros one way), or by public transport in 45 minutes (bus + subway, 1.7 euros), the Prague airport is reachable in 30 minutes by car (Bolt 20 euros). The largest water park in Central Europe (Aquapalace Prague) and the largest shopping center in the Czech Republic (Westfield Chodov) are just 15 minutes away.
The village itself is located on the southern border of Prague, offers several restaurants, shops, and supermarkets including Tesco, a bakery, pharmacy, parks, children’s playgrounds, skatepark, and modern central square and is surrounded by nature.
The house is located in a quiet residential area, parties are not allowed.
