Elements is set amongst a private stretch of Nine Mile beach, located in Dolphin Sands, and overlooks the famous Hazards Mountain Range in Freycinet National Park, the home of Wineglass Bay and Scholten Island.

You will feel relaxed the moment you drive onto this secluded beach property, with spectacular views from every room, the house allows you to connect with nature at all times.

Listen to the sounds of the ocean as you drift off to sleep, after a day in the sun, swimming, fishing or walking along the beach.
The house has been mindfully designed to sit peacefully amongst this scenic landscape. The interior has crisp, clean lines, continuously drawing your eyes out to the stunning views.

The kitchen has everything you need for culinary creativity and the bedrooms are airy and spacious, with a tastefully designed desk in every room.
Elements can accommodate up to three couples or a small family wanting to create wonderful memories. There are two bedrooms in the main house and a separate bedroom and bathroom in the private studio.
