Excellent location, staff and service. Whilst understanding safety considerations re. radiator, a means to move bed further into room away from wall on one side should be attempted. For older guests, having no access to bed on their side is both uncomfortable and potentially dangerous. Otherwise all perfect.

The room was small and hot and we paid more than previous stay 2 weeks' earlier. The windows were in dire need of renewing - the vacuum in the double glazing was filled with condensation and the window opening mechanism was broken.

The hotel was fine and the staff were really helpful and welcoming. The issue is that the hotel is so hot and the air conditioner in the room is merely a slow fan; it was not fun for sleeping in the room. They do give you a fan but it has a short cord and there are only 2 sockets to plug it in on the far side of the room. Won't be staying here again sadly unless it is in the depths of winter

Friendly hotel. Solid rooms. Easy for A1 trips
Exceptionally friendly check in experience and nice clean room. Very good breakfast offer as well The hotel doesn’t claim to have AC and whilst there was a control panel in our room it was very ineffective. A desk fan was also provided which did provide some cooling

Pleasant stay
Was greeted pleasantly with a smile and was checked in quickly. Reception dealt promptly with my queries. Food in hotel was good and service was as expected. Good choices on the menu, and a good selection of drinks, all be it , a little pricey, but I expect that from these places. Hotel has plenty of parking. Room was small but sufficient for me. air con and heating worked. Everything is good quality but I felt there could have been at least a plug or phone socket by side of bed. But just a minor inconvenience and meant I wasn’t glued to my phone at night ! Overall a very nice stay, and I will book again in the future.
