Dear Guest Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us and for staying with us here at Lough Eske Castle recently. I would like to thank you for the feedback you have provided concerning the thermal suite in the spa. I completely understand your frustrations regarding the use of the thermal suite. Unfortunately we have had to reinstate our existing policy due to the size of our thermal suite and to ensure that it is exclusive for guests availing of treatments in the spa. However, please be assured that I have taken your comments on board and will share your honest feedback with our team. As both the hotel building and the spa building are original structures (the hotel being the castle and spa being the glasshouse), our owners were very restricted when it came to planning permission to join both buildings. This is something however that they are looking into for the future improvement of our hotel and facilities.
