PARKING
Three vehicles can comfortably park at the property.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- 100% refund (minus a VRBO fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus a VRBO fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before the reservation date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

MANAGEMENT
This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We supply professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels as well as a starter supply of cleaning and paper products and after hours emergency maintenance.

All BVW Unsalted Vacations rentals follow local and state tax rules. Your reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, and a Damage Protection policy.

Please note that all guests are required to sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of making their reservation. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the reservation. Thank you for your cooperation!
