The beginning for our stay was not so successful, but things were solved out with the manager of the hotel quite successfully and the rest of the stay was really fine. The location of the hotel is the best possible.

Ab 5:00 Uhr morgens, brummte der leere Kühlschrank in meinem Zimmer, konnte kaum noch schlafen. Beim Check-out wurde mir gesagt: „Das wissen wir, die Gäste sagen uns dann Bescheid, und wir schalten den Kühlschrank aus. Diese Info müsste man den Gästen entweder beim einchecken sagen, oder einen Aufkleber auf dem Kühlschrank kleben oder einfach eine nicht Brumm den Kühlschrank installieren!

Lovely property, central location, helpful staff. Construction ongoing in the area so the driving was difficult as was parking - just need to plan extra time for that and look at google maps ahead of time … room was wonderful with a view of Kreuz Kirche and the Rathaus. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We arrived early but we were able to store our luggage while we walked around. The location is fantastic! Very roomy for a hotel room and the bed is the most comfortable we have experienced in a hotel.

Overall it was quite good. Great location. Comfortable beds. Liked that they had hibiscus tea, water, and fruit in the lobby. Air conditioning was good, but when it got extremely hot AND humid, I’m not sure it was removing enough humidity. Small things that could improve: I’m on a trip with a 19 year old daughter. Having frosted glass between the shower and bedroom area was not particularly appealing to her, given it’s not completely opaque. I guess I could have done with a solid wall too. I also would have liked the slightly higher seat height toilet. I’m old, have arthritis in my back. Toilet height and maybe something to grab onto would be good. Lily was great at the front desk!

We had a great time there, enjoying from the friendliest welcome at the front desk to the great breakfast buffet and the wellness area. The room was fantastic, the bed very big and comfortable. Besides, the location is optimal to visit the old town.
