Staff very friendly & efficient. Breakfasts all except last day were great. Today all hot food was cold and no evidence of staff except to clear away remains at 9:00 a.m. Only complaint was mattress on sofa bed. It clearly needs replacing as it felt like sleeping on springs. Most uncomfortable. Thank you for another wise great stay.

The property was very clean. When you first walk in you see the breakfast menu for each morning. Good start! Check in was fast and efficient. Staff was wonderful. Our room was great! The only thing I would change is the sofabed. It was one of those spring mattress ones. Should upgrade to memory foam. Aside from that the beds were very comfortable. Room was quiet. Bathroom sink was outside. Shower and toilet were separate from it. Breakfast each day was great! If you stay here they provide family passes to the aquatic centre in town. I would recommend staying here.

This was a last minute stop on our way home to SK from AB. It was a great choice! Very nice staff greeted us, and the room was big ( we got a free upgrade, which I’ve never experienced!!!;) and clean! The beds were comfortable and the kids were impressed that our room had 2 tvs!!! haha The continental breakfast was great!- Both hot and cold options! Coffees/ lattes/ cappuccinos/ hot chocolate machine was available 24hrs/ day. Next door was a fabulous restaurant called Bell 720 My whole family would recommend this restaurant! Would definitely stay here again !

At 2 a.m., we were awoken and kept awake for over an hour by two intoxicated guests who opted to have their drunken rendezvous right outside our door, one of them even passing out on the floor in front of their room door. It took my husband going out twice to ask them to be quiet before they figured they would retreat to their own room instead. In the midst of this, we found out that the hotel's policy for loud guests is to "assist" the complaining party to a different room. This was not acceptable at all to us, especially given the time of night, the fact that we were in our PJs and almost asleep, and that it would have entailed packing up two suitcases worth of items. Also there was hair around the toilet and in the corner of the shower. The carpet did not seem like it had been vacuumed in ages.

I had requested a room that was pet dander and smoke free. Sadly my room smelled like cigarettes. I requested a change and the front desk gentlemen did help us. The new room didnt smell like cigarettes anymore, but two lamps didnt work and thefore we had to move around in the dark. The bathrooms hair dryer had fallen off the wall and was in the sink. Overall the room was not up to par from the previous Best Westerns hotels we had stayed at. This was a family trip and we had two rooms booked with family and our kids, i was sadly disappointed with the quality of Best Western.
