Awesome place to stay
This couple recently purchased the motel and are committed to ensuring every guest feels welcome and happy. I really admire them for their friendliness, cooperation, and helpfulness. We arrived around 2 a.m., and the owner was there to accommodate us. The room was very clean with high speed wifi.

We arrived at midnight, and the owner was incredibly helpful, assisting us with unloading our things. The motel has been fully renovated and offers all the basic amenities. It’s very clean and nice, with a super comfortable bed. They also provide a "Do Not Disturb" sign, which made me feel safe—I hung it on the door and slept until 10. Whenever I’m in Three Hills, I’ll definitely stay here again. Great value for the money!

The door lock was sub par, no deadbolt or inside lock, easy to break in. Also, the door didn’t seal tightly at all. Clean room and bathroom, friendly staff.

We had a lot of space, with enough beds and other amenities for our family of five. Good, full kitchen. Quiet town, nice walking. Friendly manager. Very good value for money.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Lamplighter Inn in Three Hills, AB, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was immaculate, spacious, and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the linens were of high quality, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The attention to detail in the room's decor and cleanliness was impressive. One of the highlights of my stay was the convenience of the on-site amenities. The liquor store adjacent to the inn was incredibly convenient, staying open till midnight, making it easy to grab a drink or any last-minute items. Additionally, there is a public coin laundry on-site, which was a great convenience for longer stays. The WiFi at the inn was super fast, allowing me to stay connected and get some work done without any issues. The exceptional service provided by the staff truly set this inn apart. They were always friendly, attentive, and ready to assist with any request. Their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident throughout my stay. Overall, my stay at the Lamplighter Inn was nothing short of perfect. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Three Hills. It exceeded all my expectations, and I look forward to returning in the future.

It was a very cozy little motel. The fact that it is pet friendly with a small fee is very convenient for those traveling with their 4-legged pals. The staff were extremely helpful & friendly. I will definitely be staying there again if we’re in the area!

We drove through the night with our baby only to find that there was no one to let us in, despite being told it was a 24 hour check-in. We called for 20 minutes and waited in the parking lot praying they would answer. Had to find another hotel at 5am with a screaming child and no sleep. An email response from the motel said someone was there, but all of the lights were off and doors were closed. No one in sight. 0/5 stars if possible.

Comfortable bed, older hotel but very clean. Loud something in the room next to us. I assume it was the laundry room or utility room. I’m not a light sleeper so it was alright but definitely a bit noisy.

Nice and quiet, bathroom nice, beds ,bedding need modern updating ,towels should be standard white and fresh smelling and definitely need bolt locks on door as anyone could easily kick the door open,so not secure and you can see daylight through edges of door Modern vinyl planking on floor rather than brown carpets would be much classier,.more sanitary and easier ,cheaper to clean, is how hotel, motels are going. Country field view in back very appealing.

This property is perfectly adequate for an overnight stay at a reasonable price. It is walking distance from restaurants across the road. The only real complaint I have is that the drains in the bathroom were clogged. The bathroom sink would not empty when I ran water, and the same happened in the bathtub when I took a shower. The air conditioner worked but was a bit noisy. The staff member was friendly and helpful.
