Great service. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Air conditioning unit was very loud when in use. The only reason I gave it 4 overall. Would stay here again.

I always stay here when i come to drumheller because it is close to the museum and to the north side of town. The staff is very friendly whick makesup for the condition of the rooms. Im sure theyvare as clean as the staff can get them but between the fixed holes in the walls to the cigarette burns or some kind of burns in the floor, it desperately needed a refress

The property is showing significant signs of age and wear and could do with a revamp. Breakfast is included but you have to eat outside - because of the time of year, the amount of wasps made eating difficult and uncomfortable. Some wasp taps would have helped.

Very disappointed with the customer service at this property. Our flights were cancelled and we had to change our dates, we called the hotel 2 days in advance to see what could be done and they kept saying the manager would call us back (never did) and they just continued to give us the run around every time we called, and in the end charged us for the night without ever calling us back even if we couldn't come for reasons out of our control. It would have been considerate for the manager to take 5 min out of their day to simply call us back after the number of calls that were made. I would never recommend this hotel or stay at another Travelodge.

Great location and excellent staff. Only issues were a few broken items -- bathroom door handle didn't close and lock fully -- and many bugs somehow making their way into our room. Other than that, I feel like I got more than my money's worth.
