This Chalet style home is on Tourist Road on beautiful Potagannissing Bay, which is perfect for almost every activity including swimming, fishing, kayaking, boating, off-roading, waterside bonfires and beautiful sunrises and sunsets! This newly renovated home has three levels with 2300 square feet of living space. Plenty of room and spaces for a group of 10.
The Main floor offers living room, kitchen, dining area, morning room off the kitchen with a coffee bar, 1 Queen bedroom and a full bath. The kitchen has a double oven/gas range, a new fridge, and many new kitchen gadgets! There is a beautiful wood burning fireplace in the family room. A wrap around deck is directly off the living room, dining room and kitchen giving you great views of the bay and direct access to the deck and outdoors! Upstairs this home offers 3 + bedrooms, and a full bath. The lower level offers a walkout basement which includes a wet bar with a beverage fridge, a game room with a foosball table and wall scrabble, a lounge area with a sectional sofa (pull out sleeper) and a half bath.
The home has a dock with 35' of usable dock space.
There is a garage on the waterside housing water and yard toys including two kayaks for you to enjoy during your stay. Other amenities including Air conditioning, WIFI, Washer and Dryer, Smart TV’S, Two car Garage for guest use and more!
This home is also pet friendly. Two Dog max. A $25 per pet fee will be added by Property Manager.
